Welcome to our family cabin, the Toasted Marshmallow! This farmhouse-style luxury cabin sits on nearly 1.25 acres and offers three king master suites, four full bathrooms, plus a loft with four twin bunk beds for the kids. A spacious breezeway connects the two sides of the cabin providing the perfect amount of privacy for families and friends traveling together. This cabin is perfect for 1-3 couples or families looking for a weekend getaway at nearby Broken Bow Lake. Conveniently located a short 5 minute drive from popular restaurants, wineries, and breweries!

Kitchen/Dining: Kitchen features a stove, double oven, Keurig Duo K-cup and drip coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools. Spacious kitchen island seats 6.

Living: Sofa, large sofa chair, ottoman, coffee table with dining table lift option, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, full bathroom off the living area with walk-in shower, laundry closet.

Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (main side of cabin, sleeps 2): King bed, 2 nightstands, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, private access to the breezeway.

Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (across the breezeway, sleeps 2): King bed, 1 nightstand, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private keypad access to room from breezeway.

Downstairs Master Bedroom #3 (across the breezeway, sleeps 2): King bed, 1 nightstand, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private keypad access to room from breezeway.

Upstairs Bunk Loft (main side of cabin, sleeps 4): Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, access to full bathroom off the living area with walk-in shower.

Breezeway: Sectional seating with sofa and two chairs, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, gas grill.

Outdoor Living: Hot tub, playset for kids with swings, slide, rock climbing wall, picnic table, and fort, firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, corn hole, rocking chairs on front porch.

General: Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior surveillance cameras. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10 guests, no exceptions.
