Well, Jessica. I understand that minor changes are sometimes necessary, but you have requested five different changes after making the reservation. First request is to bring your daughter, the second change is to bring your sister’s son, then, following that, a few days later, you asked if you could still bring your 13-year-old daughter, which you were not even sure you could bring or not (why can’t a mother decide ?) You asked where to go skiing, and I gave you our area ski resort name and locations. I told you to check the website because ski resorts do change their schedules somewhat depending on the weather. I am not sure what is wrong with those suggestions. Lastly, you asked to change the departure dates before you even arrive and ask for a rental refund. I said you booked the minimum dates required. The condo is also monitored by HOA maintenance staff, who come by quite often to check units for condition, especially during cold weather, to drip water from faucets to prevent pipes from freezing. I am not surprised if sometimes the door didn’t get locked immediately. If you had any concerns like that, you should have contacted me for clarification. While during your stay, you seemed very quiet, no words from you at all, I assumed everything went smoothly. Your judgment against me is far from the truth.
