* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use, they should not exceed this limit (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out, turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open).



The Neighborhood:

To get to Isla Mujeres you have to take a ferry from Cancun.



It is recommended to see the sunrises and sunsets.



The area is in full development so you may eventually hear noise from nearby construction and power/internet outages.

The condominium is located next to the Isla Village shopping center, restaurants and cafes.



Getting Around:

On Isla Mujeres, the main ways to get around are by golf cart, bicycle, taxi or walking.

We recommend renting a golf cart, since they are easy to drive and get around, or order a taxi for your transfers.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals such as ants.
