Gorgeous House, beautifully appointed

This is a stunning house! The pool is lovely and beautifully landscaped. The house comes equipped with everything you need and is only 10 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. We hosted a girls weekend here and we almost never left - the house was too nice to leave!

A luxurious, elegant, and modern estate

This property is absolutely breathtaking. The owner was very responsive and made sure our party was taken care of. Everything from the outdoor pool/Jacuzzi area, down to the designer kitchen appliances, and the beautiful rooms and bathrooms - you can tell they put a great attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect. I would stay here 1000 times over again and will certainly book every time my loved ones and I are staying in Palm Springs!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is gorgeous and surprisingly roomy, with tons of seating and a spacious kitchen that’s stocked with just about everything you’d need to entertain. The pool is lovely and the connected jacuzzi makes it easy for guests enjoying both to still feel connected and share conversation. Beautifully decorated bedrooms with big, stunning windows on the poolside that blur the indoor and outdoor spaces. This spot was everything we'd hoped for and the other members of the party asked for the information to book for future events!

Perfect getaway for big groups

The Kinn house was incredible! We booked this property for my girlfriend‘s birthday trip. Stunning backdrop of the mountains and palm trees. Great amenities throughout the entire house and everything looked well thought out and very well done! It’s also a quick Uber ride downtown if you’re looking for dinner and drinks out. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My girlfriend and all our friends were very impressed and had a blast.

We had the best stay here. The house is huge and was perfect for a long weekend with our friends. Leanne (host) was incredibly accommodating. She helped identify and organize a private sushi chef for dinner, gave recommendations for local restaurants, and kept in close communication to ensure our stay was comfortable. The pool was great, lots of room to hang outdoors on the multiple lounge chairs, dining areas, etc. Quick drive to downtown Palm Springs. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My stay at this beautiful Palm Springs villa was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning — spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The outdoor area was a true highlight, with a gorgeous pool, plenty of lounging space, and amazing mountain views that made every morning and sunset feel magical. The location was ideal — close enough to downtown Palm Springs for restaurants and shopping, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that felt private and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Palm Springs!

Beautiful Dessert Paradise

Kinn House is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully decorated from top to bottom. Every detail is carefully curated, and the home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was incredibly accommodating, checking in regularly to ensure a smooth stay. With six bedrooms (five traditional bedrooms plus an office with a pull-out) and a private casita separate from the main house, the property offered plenty of space and comfort. We were welcomed with a beautiful cheeseboard and welcome basket. We loved the pool / jacuzzi and had a great stay. We will definitely be back!
