If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Electricity is included in short-term stays (up to 30 nights), but please help save energy and preserve our planet by closing windows/doors when using the A/C and turning it off every time you leave. For long-term stays (31 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
