Détendez-vous dans une cabane de plage confortable nommée «Tout est juste Beachy» située au cœur d'Oak Island sur un terrain ombragé. Cette maison est une promenade directe d'un bloc facile à la plage et est extrêmement pratique et à distance de marche de l'épicerie, des magasins, de la crème glacée, du putt putt, de l'arcade, des bars, des clubs, des restaurants et bien plus encore. Détendez-vous sous les chênes aquatiques et détendez-vous dans une balançoire sur notre véranda spacieuse avec moustiquaire, parfaite pour prendre l'air de la plage lorsque la journée se fait au soleil. La chambre d'enfants a un mur de tableau noir complet pour créer et dessiner des images. Tout nouveau décor joyeux et plancher de bois franc vient d'être ajouté en 2013. 3BR / 2Ba - Br1 Queen; Br2 Queen; Lits superposés Br3 Twin; canapé-lit peut accueillir des invités supplémentaires.

Great Home to stay at

My family has vacationed on OKI for generations, and this was a first time staying this close to the Old Bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and found it easy to get to the beach as it is just across the street. We would recommend this home to our other family members, friends, and neighbors.

Great spot in well loved home

So first, we went down to this property right after a megastore had passed through washing out roads and homes in the area. The property owner called us and let us know that the property was fine and gave suggestions for making the most out of our trip down and gave us suggestions for how to get onto the island and enjoy ourselves which was greatly appreciated. When we got down there we had an issue that the property owner quickly helped us through. Overall, we had a short but great time at the property. I would suggest this home to others who want to stay at oak island!

Great location

Very easy walk to the beach. The house was like sleeping in a mountain cabin but at the beach. I don’t have small kids, but I was very impressed with the bunk room. One whole wall is a chalkboard.

Great Beach Cottage

This was a comfortable stay for our family (me, spouse, two teens, and our dog). There was plenty of room, beds were comfortable, yard was spacious, and it was a short walk to the beach. We hope to be staying again soon.

Worked but wasn’t perfect

The lock box for the key is in an awkward spot where we had to remove some spider webs to access. More bugs in the house: master bedroom and bunk bed room had some dead bugs and spiders. Also the bunk bed room had a funky smell to it. Like sweaty smell.. house needed some tlc for sure but nothing surprising. Flooring is buckling up in the bathroom and there was a piece missing from one of the doors between a bedroom and bathroom so we hung a towel over it for privacy. all that being said, it suited what we needed it for just had to debug it a bit first and learn some of the quirks . I feel like it was about as expected for an affordable cabin/house rental.

Great place but loud

This place is so close to the beach! It’s great for a girls trip. Two things one which the owner cannot help is the guy that lives next to this place has a projector screen and watches movies or music until 3:30 a.m. that is blaring!! If you had small kids it would be very hard for them to sleep. Secondly, it’s dog friendly, but no pets are allowed on furniture in case you have dogs that are not crate trained or used to being on furniture. Also when we first got there it smelled like muggy dogs! But overall it is cute close to the beach and one we opened it up the smell improved! We would go back esp if the neighbor was not there!!

Long weekend

We got hit with a tropical storm but enjoyed relaxing in the house & going to nearby restaurants. When the sun came out, it was a short walk to the beach & it was fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and great for running & walking the dog.

Great staycation

I needed to get out of my house for a couple of days to get a new roof and this little place was ideal. Enjoyed the shaded lot, the easy access to the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Great little house❤️

Relaxing and affordable beach stay

The property was perfect for our quick, Labor Day weekend beach stay. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were able to relax and enjoy a restful weekend away. We love Oak Island for the beach!

Beachy Vacation

Overall stay was great! Very clean and loved the yard for the dogs with outside hose to wash off from a day at the beach. The A/C had a little bit of a hard time cooling on the hot day, but overall experience was 5/5 stars.

Everything was was absolutely perfect! Great location and lovely home. Love the log cabin, it’s like a mountain home but at the beach! They refer to it as quaint but it was very roomy for the five of us! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

Good location

Property could use a few improvements (flooring was coming up in a couple places creating a tripping hazard), and the bathroom doors could use locks for privacy. On the plus side, the home was roomy, even with our group of 7, and was adequately stocked with cooking supplies, and games/reading materials. The fenced backyard was great for the children. Overall, it is a very nice vacation rental.

Girls weekend

Check in process was a little crazy as I never received an email with the information from the property management company. I contacted the number for the owners listed and she responded almost immediately by text with information. The house is in a great location and is as listed on the listing. It could use some updating/repairs and a good cleaning but overall everything was good. I would stay there again.

This property had the absolute worst furniture in the living room!!! No one could sit on it without feeling like their backs were breaking! The cabin itself was nice but that furniture truly ruined what would have been a decent experience. It was fairly close to the beach easy to walk to if you can figure out when to cross one of the busiest roads I’ve ever seen. Also when we arrived there was no toilet paper they said we had to buy our own! First time I’ve ever seen that. we won’t be back. Unless the seating in the living area is changed. Im not kidding it was truly awful. Also the two bathrooms had no privacy as they had no locking doors and the doors weren’t even doors at all. They were louvered closet doors. This property has a lot of issues that need to be addressed.

Super cute spot, very close to beach. Less than 1 mile walk from oak islan fishing pier and solar brewing. Attentive hosts.

We are a family of four with two children age 13 and 11 and they love it here. We have wanted a place at the beach since we were married and finally took the plunge in 2012.
We welcome our guests to our home and hope that you will treat it as your own and help us keep our things nice. Come enjoy and when you leave, write us a note and tell us who you are and what you liked about it.. and what we can do better as well to get you to come back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love mountain homes and love being around trees and shade but our hearts are at the beach as we love the sun and sand. So with this home, we got the best of both worlds. When you are hot and are done with the sun.. our house and lot is shaded so that you can sit out and enjoy the summer at the home... without sitting in the sun. The walk to the beach is a direct, one block walk.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is not your typical beach house. Our beach cabin is a santuary and 'Everything's Just Beachy' when we are here and life stops. The skylight in the kitchen and open kitchen/livingroom floor plan adds plenty of light throughout the day. The fenced in back yard is perfect for kids and for pets. The home is located entirely on one floor and has only three steps up to the door of the home and is perfect for families with smaller children, older adults, and pets that stairs become a concern. There is no doubt that you will enjoy this little shaded piece of heaven.
