Overall, we had a great stay! The property is beautiful, close to Liberty University, and located in the peaceful town of Forest. The host was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. The house sits on a lovely piece of land and actually contains three connected residences. One apartment is directly off the main living room and separated by a standard interior door and basic lock. We werenât expecting that setup and felt a bit uneasy at first, though it turned out fineâthe nearest unit was mostly unoccupied, and the guest who did stay downstairs caused no issues. Hopefully, the same can be said about usâwe traveled with loud twins!A couple of other minor things to note:âąOne of the AC units wasnât working (the condenser was out), which made the living areas a bit warm.âąOne dining chair felt unstable, so we set it aside.âąThere seems to be a (likely harmless) snake living in the front mulch.Despite those hiccups, we had a great time and are looking forward to coming back. Thank you again for your hospitality!
