The second and third bedrooms host queen beds. The fourth bedroom hosts a single twin bed with a twin trundle.

There are three full ensuite bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a pantry you may use to store food.
There is a beautiful dining table that seats 7 and a kitchen island that seats 4.
There is a large living room space with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken.
The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises.
For guests driving electric cars and needing an outlet to charge up, the chargers at Pedernales Electric Cooperative or Lowe’s Supermarket are a 5 minute drive from the home.
Other things to note:
-The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay.
- This is a working cattle ranch, and the cows will sometimes venture near the house.
-No parties or events.
-No glass by the pool or hot tub.
-No smoking.
-No fireworks on property.
-Be aware that Texas Hill Country graces this property with critters of all kinds.
-Report any injuries, damages or complaints to us right away.

• By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
• No dogs on furniture or beds without protective blanket.

• Must be at least 1 year old.
• Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
