Auburn Al Game Day Condo <1 block to Toomer's Corner WAR EAGLE!

2 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious condo perfect for Auburn University Game Days, commencement, basketball!! baseball!! gymnastics!! move-in/move-out, sorority and fraternity weekends, or just to see your kid for the weekend, less than a block to Toomer's Corner, and campus, 10-15 min walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking, very comfy couches, living space, and bedrooms.... three tvs. But you are right around the corner from a couple dozen restaurants in collegetown, and Target and downtown Auburn Publix within walking distance. Comes with one parking space/pass during football season, but we can provide two passes most other times. We are experienced VRBO hosts, having rented beach houses on 30A/Grayton/Seagrove/ St George Island Beaches in Florida for over 25 years, so we know how to host the right way. (Feel free to ask about them!) Make your reservations now, and watch carefully, we are about ready to post for 2026!

Our stay was perfect! Great location for quick access to campus and Toomer's, quiet neighbors (which was great for our newborn), and a great Host who quickly helped when there was a minor issue with getting in when we arrived. Overall, it was a great stay, and I look forward to returning in the future!

This place is amazing. Period. Full stop. Perfect location for Auburn - walking distance to everywhere. Super comfy and cozy. Well appointed kitchen. Easy check in and the owner was a dream to communicate with. We have a freshman there now and we will be staying here many times over the next number of years.

I stayed in this wonderful condo for Camp War Eagle. It’s in a great location. Comfortable beds. Cute Auburn themed decorations throughout the condo. Gail was fantastic to work with, and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Convenient Stay in Auburn

Our stay was for the weekend to attend my wife’s HS reunion. The complaint found by most is noise and initially finding the apartment. The noise is easily cancelled by white noise machines in the bedrooms and once you’ve located the correct building it is no trouble to find. We never located a building number so just follow the owner’s instruction it was clean and very near each of our planned outing. Many within a short walk from the apartment. We would stay here again. War Eagle!

Excellent rental and top notch host. Property is perfect for two couples, basically a thoughtfully appointed apartment with two master bedrooms and separate baths. Never had cause to speak with the host because her listing was accurate and her email with instructions was clear and concise not requiring any further clarification. Property holds the perfect location for anybody spending one in auburn. Easy walking distance of 1-3 blocks from anything you need and just off Toomer’s corner. Excellent stay and absolute top tier host. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property

Warm and Cozy Condo - Centrally Located

We have stayed in several VRBOs in downtown area over the last few years, and this one is our favorite. It was very clean, well appointed, cozy and right in the middle of town. Two minute walk from our sons apartment. One minute walk from Toomers. It does get loud on the weekends, but the owner provides an amazing sound machine. I actually purchased it for our home on Amazon after we left. I like to cook for my son when I am there, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. She is very welcoming and kind. The bathrooms are beautiful and have gorgeous tile in the showers. We will for sure. Stay here again. Thank you,Weagle!

Fabulous location, Great communication and Impeccable condo

This was our second stay at this condo. The bathrooms had just been beautifully updated and fresh paint throughout. It is always clean, parking is easy, location fabulous, beds are comfy and lots of additional touches. This host provides Keurig coffe pods, water and a few snacks which makes such a welcoming addition. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Fantastic Location and Great Host

The property was exceptionally clean, and Gail made communication effortless. Dedicated parking was a huge plus—no need for street parking. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the college and Toomer’s Corner. Highly recommend!

I love everything that is Auburn. Although a comparatively short-timer compared to so many others, I have grown to love Auburn and the University since my son was accepted in the fall of 2018. He's graduated now, Professional Flight, School of Aviation, 2023. I recently retired and moved to Auburn, part time, from Tennessee. We have been renting beach houses on 30A, Grayton Beach and St George Island in Florida for over 25 years, so we understand how to treat guests and hope you will consider staying at our newest guest property.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As they say with real estate, location, location, location. You simply can't beat this. You "may" be able to see toilet paper rolls being thrown at Toomer's. Seriously, you are about a 2 minute walk from Toomer's Corner and everything that is collegetown and Auburn University! The condo comes with one parking pass for one space in the complex lot (which is heavily guarded on game days; a second pass may be available on non-football weekends). Completely re-furbished November 2021 and spring 2022. Baths renovated January 2025. You will have a fully equipped kitchen if you don't care to eat out, and washer/dryer. All linens, towels, three flat screen smart tvs, and wireless internet, are provided. Two master bedrooms each with en suite baths, one king sized bed and one queen sized bed. Queen room has dedicated work space if you need to work. Everything you would want for a perfect game day or weekend in the Loveliest Village on the Plains. War Eagle!!

You are right in the middle of all the action on game day weekends, park and you can walk to everything. Extremely clean, re-furbished completely (and constantly), all the comforts of home, and extremely experienced hosts make this the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Auburn!
