Incredible boho Santa Cruz home in world-class surf town, featuring an eco-conscious design and walkability to Westside hot spots. Sustainably remodeled, this mid-century home is perfect for a quiet family seeking retreat in Santa Cruz.Â
The main space is bright and open with high ceilings, living room, kitchen, and dining room, featuring deck with ocean view to lounge and enjoy the sunshine. Fully equipped kitchen space features local California Fireclay tile, induction cooktop, and UV-filtered water dispenser. From basics like pots and pans and utensils to all the extras, you have what you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. And don't miss the Saturday morning Westside Farmers Market right across the street!
With an earth-friendly aesthetic, bedrooms feature natural materials, including avocado mattresses, organic linens, and jute rugs. 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home (plus outdoor hot shower feature to rinse off sand). All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are downstairs, keeping you cool in the summer months. One bath with full tub and shower, other with single shower. Comfortably sleeps 6 (1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized bed, 2 XL-twin-sized beds). Note: Master bedroom only access from interior to backyard space.Â
Outdoor spaces feature California-native garden, organic herb and vegetable garden, and semi-private backyard space with luxury built-in hot tub.
Walk to everything you need. Take a 10-minute stroll to any of 5+ coffee shops - Verve, 11th Hour, Cat & Cloud, Alta Coffee, or Companion Bakery. Or visit your favorite tasting room - Stockwell Winery, Humble Seas Brewing Company, Venus Spirits & and cocktails.
