Perched atop the most coveted oceanfront building on Anastasia Island, this top-floor, corner residence offers uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the non-driving beach below—no cars in sight, just sand, sea, and serenity.

Located in an exclusive boutique condominium complex featuring only nine residences, La Mer is a spacious 1,400 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat designed for those who seek the refinement of a boutique resort with the privacy of a personal sanctuary. A private oceanfront balcony extends your living space, inviting you to unwind to the endless sight and sound of rolling waves.

Begin your day in harmony with nature—no bedroom televisions, just golden sunrises over the waves. The primary bedroom offers blackout shades, allowing you to choose between a gentle wake-up or a restful sleep-in. The guest suite is equipped with elegant plantation shutters, which block out most of the sun while maintaining a light, airy feel.

For those who love gentle airflow at night, each bedroom features ceiling fan chandeliers—or “fandeliers”—blending soft ambient lighting with quiet, circulating air for added comfort.

Your mornings are indulgent with a French press, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, while the fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with premium appliances for elevated everyday living.

A yoga mat is thoughtfully placed in the primary suite, perfectly positioned near the floor-to-ceiling window—an ideal spot for morning meditation or stretching with an ocean view.

Sonos speakers are placed throughout the unit for ambient, wireless sound—ideal for guests who are already familiar with the Sonos app and system. Please do not move or unplug the speakers, as they’re intentionally positioned for optimal listening.

In the living room, you`ll find a smart TV for relaxing movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Just be sure to log out of any personal streaming accounts before the end of your stay.

To enhance your rest, sound machines are provided in each bedroom, and the primary suite features a Canopy humidifier with a selection of essential oils—just a few drops on the scent stone creates a calming, spa-like atmosphere.

The spa-inspired primary suite also boasts a Tempur-Pedic Breeze king bed, an oversized soaking tub, and double shower heads. A second king-size retreat ensures equal comfort for all guests.

Rainy day? Unplug and reconnect with the included board games, puzzles, and playing cards—thoughtfully provided to help you slow down and savor the moment.

From the moment you arrive, luxury extends beyond your private residence. La Mer offers exclusive access to a resort-style community pool and pavilion, as well as a private walkover to the non-driving beach, ensuring uninterrupted tranquility.

For effortless convenience, a dedicated covered parking garage space is included, while an elevator (though not guaranteed to be operational) provides easy access to your third-floor retreat.

To elevate your beach days, four beach chairs, an umbrella, plush beach towels, and a soft Yeti cooler are all included. For the ultimate seaside experience, we highly recommend hiring Drifters to professionally set up your beach spot for you.



Environmental Considerations

As part of our commitment to protecting the local sea turtle population, all interior lights must be turned off by 10 PM. These gentle creatures rely on natural moonlight to navigate, and artificial lighting can disrupt their nesting and hatching patterns. This is a Florida ordinance.

We`re adventurers at heart and encourage our guests to explore all that St. Augustine Beach has to offer all within less than a mile!! From world-class surf lessons and yoga/pilates to secret beaches and state park hikes, there are endless activities - both relaxing and immersive. Some of our favorites: Take or schedule a group class at Core Pilates, Rent a bicycle from Drifters, Spa Treatments at Panache, Surf Lessons, shopping at Rochelle`s boutique, Grab the Mana Kea Acai bowl at Big Island Bowls. Zip line over gators or visit the Lemurs at the Alligator Farm, Climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Surf or Fish off the Pier, For breakfast, enjoy a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel at Island Donuts. Parking space is labeled DellaSala. We can only guarantee 1 guest space, there`s public guest parking at 10th and A1A.

Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during entire stay.

Please note: The elevator is maintained by the HOA and is older, which means it unfortunately breaks down frequently. Because of this, elevator access is not guaranteed. If you or someone in your group is unable to take stairs, we kindly ask that you do not book this unit. We will not offer refunds or discounts due to elevator malfunctions.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
