Great property with easy beach access. Also 5 pools to choose from. Sand flea is a great spot for lunch. Would highly recommend staying on this property.

What a cool little neighborhood/community! We loved the proximity to the beach and the ease of chair/umbrella rental. The multiple pools were all sparkling clean. I didn’t get a chance to play golf, but I will be back to play 9 holes.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The room was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. We will be staying at Sand Piper Cove every time we make our annual trip to Destin with our kids from here on out.

Nice quiet property.

We stayed for a week. There is an upper scale restaurant on property and a snack shack on the beach, also a part of the condos. The pool was nice, staff friendly and place exactly as described. I would come back.

We spent a little over a week here. The unit itself was pretty decent for our family of 4. Had anything you needed for cooking/baking. I was happy to see how close the unit was to the beach. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Pictures are deceiving

Condo was extremely small. Bathroom needs attention. Towel rack was coming out of the wall, toilet didn’t flush correctly and not bolted to the floor. Wooden chair on the balcony falling apart. Convenient location. Security nice and helpful

35th Anniversary getaway

My husband and I haven't been away in quite sometime now. We were looking to find something cozy and affordable near the beach. This was the perfect spot. for our 3 night stay. We were nervous because they listed a 4 pm check-in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours later. No worries We did a temporary check-in at the security gate and was instructed that we could finish up the next morning. Everything was as listed in the pictures. We will definitely come back. Might I also mention Destin, Fla. was a beautiful city with plenty to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay yr after yr at Sandpiper. It's got a great atmosphere and location, a short walk to beach !! Friendly employees also . Only downfall is we stayed again in a studio and the bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all. Woke up with lots of aches . Will return but will stay in a one bedroom, maybe with a queen bed , or a normal mattress lol. Studio was clean and cool !

Property was not as listed. We thought we had a view of gulf. Screen door would not close, towel rack fell off wall, retractable kitchen faucet would not retract, light bulbs out in dining room fan, coffee pot old & is not auto shut off, kitchen table very sticky, arms stuck to it when eating. Overall the condo definitely needs updating!

Reviewer Comments: WE STAYED HERE DURING A WEEK, THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE EVERY THING WAS VERY CLOSE AND HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH WHICH IS GREAT, YOU CAN GO AND SEE THE SUNSENT AND SUNRISE. IT IS LITERLY IN THE HEART OF DESTIN THAT'S TRUE WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT DIFERENTS BEACHES. THE STUDIO WAS PERFECT FOR 2 PEOPLE, WE WERE 3 AND WE FELT A LITLE SQUEEZED, BUT IT WORKED BECAUSE WE WERE JUST WOMENS. THE ONLY THING THAT I SHOULD SAY, BRING YOUR OWN ITEMS LIKE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND SPONGE, AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE EVEN THE SMALL VERSION, THERE IS NO WASHER OR DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT SO YOU MUST BRING ENOUGH CLOTHES OR BE WILLING TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY TO WASH. THE BED IS NOT THAT COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM IS A LITTLE HOT DURING THE SUMMER ALSO THE TOILET IS A BIT DEFICIENT DURING MY STAY I HAD TO USE THE PLUNGER ON ONE OPPORTUNITY.

Bad experience

We paid a extra 40 too upgrade our room because the first one was not fit for a family only too get put out for wrongful dismissal for smoking they said they could smell cigarettes when there is a balcony too smoke out on I think they kicked me out of my color or because my bi racial relationship do not stay here they kicked us out and took our money ruined me and kids whole vacation
