Lovely Rental

The only issue we had was the toilet was backed up upon check in but maintenance came straight away and took care of it. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean!

AMAZING!!!

We go to Destin every year and are use to the rain coming in but it rained the whole week. We were able to make the best of it with the amenities at Sandpiper. Loved it and will definitely stay here again next year. May even end up buying.

It was updated and definitely had that “beach feel”. We had no issues with anything during our stay. My only recommendation would be to add a can opener to the kitchen. Other than that everything else was nicely stocked.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location but filthy condo. From the floor to the dishes were nasty. Pot holders had dried food on them that easily washed off. Women at the front office was extremely rude about dish washer detergent even though it’s complimentary. Beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. Would stay at sandpiper again but not unti 9131.

I have stayed here before but this was by far a superior location within the gates. The condo is nicely beach themed and made our indoor time enjoyable as well. Everything on hand to cook if you like. Many restaurants nearby to choose from and we tried several. We hope to stay here again.

Home away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third or fourth time staying in this condo and at least the 15th time staying with Sandpiper. The condo is a great location for us -- not too far to the beach, not too far to the pool, not too far to the golf course, not too far to the grocery, restaurants, and other attractions- kind of in the middle of everything. Office staff is always helpful and attentive to any problems.
