My name is Mariza Papadimitriou, and I have been in the hospitality industry since 2018, co-managing Villa Mariza Corfu, KK Athens Fine Stay and CK Athens Fine Stay. Villa Mariza Corfu, a short-term rental, is situated on the beautiful island of Corfu, while both KK Athens Fine Stay and CK Athens Fine Stay, our neighboring apartments, began operations last year.

Drawing on our experience and recognizing the need for private, high-quality, and modern accommodations in central Athens, we created our new gem "AK Athens Fine Stay."

AK Athens Fine Stay is a stylish and cozy apartment, newly renovated with great care, located in the peaceful Agios Ioannis area in the heart of Athens. It is just a 2-minute walk from the Agios Ioannis Metro station, offering convenient access to major city attractions. All our properties are managed by my mother, Katerina Kypriotou, and myself.
