Immerse yourself in the timeless charm of our 100-year-old cape cottage, thoughtfully updated for our guests comfort. Located in the serene Manomet Bluffs neighborhood of Plymouth, this retreat is ideal for those seeking a tranquil seaside vacation.

Key Features:
    •   Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
    •   Bedrooms: The cottage offers 4 bedrooms:
     -    1st Bedroom (upstairs): King bed
     -    2nd Bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed
     -    3rd Bedroom (1st floor): Queen bed
     -    4th Bedroom (1st floor): Queen bed
    •    Living Spaces: The cozy living area boasts beamed ceilings and is thoughtfully furnished to relax with family and friends. Enjoy the board games, books, and a record player. The historic fireplace is decorative and nonfunctional. Please note, there is no TV. The house has WiFi available to connect your own devices (phones, tablets and computers).
    •    Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features new modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, quality knifes, and kitchen essentials. Please note, there is no dishwasher. Guests are expected to clean all used dishes, pots, pans, etc. at check out.
    •    Dining: Indoor sunroom seats up to 6 guests. Enjoy the seasonal lake view and coffee nook.
    •    Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of recently renovated modern bathrooms, featuring timeless fixtures and an artisan tiled walk-in shower.
    •    Outdoor Amenities: Step outside to discover a private garden patio with a tree-covered pergola. Relax in the hammock to unwind under the trees. An outdoor shower is also available seasonally (starting in May).
    •    Beach Access: A short 4 minute walk to the end of the road leads you to a private neighborhood beach, accessible via a pathway with approximately 4 flights of stairs. This secluded shoreline is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and searching for seashells and sea glass. No street parking is permitted.

Additional Information:
•    Window air-conditioner units are in a few, not all, rooms.
•    The house is 100 years old so please use care with windows and doors. Use wood slats in the frame to secure any open windows.
    •    No street parking permitted, 3 car maximum in driveways.
    •    Indoor fireplace is decorative and not in working condition, do not use.
    •    Child-Friendly Considerations: While the cottage offers a peaceful environment, please be aware that the property may not be ideal for children under five due to its historic features (in floor heat return, exposed outlets, antiques, no bathtub, etc.) and beach access via stairs.
