The villa is located within the Punta Cana Resort & Club, which offers guests access to world-class amenities, including a championship golf course, a private beach club, tennis courts, and several restaurants and bars. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort's many activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing excursions.



Cancellation Policy:



Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival, under penalty of losing the entire deposit. Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be refunded.



Dec. 18 thru Jan. 5 and Thanksgiving week: The Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.



In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, the Intermediary will propose to the Renter new possible rental dates available for the same property, within a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of this agreement, and taking into account possible rate changes per season.



The total rate displayed includes the 18% governmental tax.
