Paradise!

We had the best time on our stay. The staff, the food, the location and house were all immaculate. We had a group of 12 adults and 6 kids for my husband's 40th birthday party and it was the perfect luxurious retreat. We'll be back!

Amazing accommodations for a large group

We were attending a wedding near by and need a large house that would accommodate a party of 20. This house was amazing and comfortable with a staff that made the overall experience exceptional. We would definitely recommend this place and come back ourselves.

Amazing property and staff!

If you are looking for a trip to paradise, you just found it! The property and location are amazing and only surpassed by the warmth and service of the staff. The view of the golf course and ocean were amazing and the staff team made sure we had everything we could possibly want. We were there for a 60th birthday party with a dozen family and friends and everyone agreed it was the trip of a lifetime!

The staff is incredible, they are super friendly and cater to your every want and need.

The house is very spacious and located in a great location. The furniture is a little more dated than wha't on the website. We would definitely go back!

We had a great time!!

The property is absolutely amazing!! It is the best location, only 5 min from the airport and right by the beach. The golf carts make it easy to go to the beach or go around the property. Everything was amazing the only thing that was tricky for us was paying for the food with wire transfer. We highly recommend booking this location.

Family vacay

We were 13 and loved the property, the location being near at least 2 beaches and the wonderful, accommodating staff. Kudos to Felix for making every effort to please us, to Piu and the other chef for delicious never ending food, 2 amazing cleaning people Diana and Altagracia and to Arturo for keeping tabs on everything while managing our trip.

Exceeded our Expectations

Our 16 member family (ages 6-76) were treated so well by Jose, Pio and the 2 housekeeping staff members. They handled all of our requests and we had fabulous meals during our 6 day stay. The house was beautiful and the location was wonderful. (5 minutes from the airport). We hope to return.

From the moment we were greeted at the door, this house stole my heart. The staff was amazing and so fun. Every detail was taken care of. Everything about this vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We will be back!!

The home was spectacular and most of all very clean. I would give the Chef Pio and Jose the Butler 10 stars if I can. The house team was incredible. The food prepared was on point. At no time was there a bad meal. There were two couple of issues that came up. It was very disappointing, not to be able to go into the water on the beach due to the smell and all the seaweed. The whole premise of this vacation was to play with our grandchildren and family of 23 people on the beach. That did not happen. So we made the best of it in the wonderful pool they had at the house however still disappointing. The second issue was our hostess dropped the ball when it came to hiring the catamaran for the family of 23. If you are a hostess/concierge, you’re supposed to know the details of the catamaran trip. We spent a considerable amount of monies on this horrendous catamaran, we got to the beach in Palmilla Island the catamaran could not get close enough to go swimming in 4 to 5 feet of water. The captain claimed the boat will hit the ground. I had told the hostess that 95% of the people cannot swim so that was disappointing that we could not get off the boat into a beautiful turquoise water. They had a stupid plastic raft that some of us had to get on and do it ourselves and swim at least a 1/4 of a mile to get to 4 feet of water. The next stop was Soana Island and again tons of seaweed so we decided to go back home. Lost a lot of money on that trip. Still five stars overall for the trip.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The staff and management company were what made it even more special. We all did not want to leave and would love to come back for another stay! As other reviews mentioned, the house was big enough for everyone to feel as if they had their own space. There were a total of 16 of us staying. Fabulous time!

Awesome home ... Incredible staff!!!

AMAZING stay!! This house was absolutely perfect for our family from grandparents to grand babies! Bryan, Pio, Jose, Catie and Alta were amazing and went above and beyond every day to make our stay PERFECT! Pio is an incredible chef. He made accommodations for dietary needs with every meal ... including puréed fruits and veggies for our 7 month old. By the end of the trip the staff were like family and we so sad to leave. We would highly recommend this home!

Best House With Amazing Staff

Our group of 14 loved our stay at Villa Palma Real! Jose, Pio and Alta made our vacation incredible. The house provided more than enough room for our entire group to spread out and also had many areas where we could all congregate together. The pool area and all outdoor areas were amazing, food was great, beds were comfortable and communication with the staff ahead of our trip was easy. All of Puntacana Club and Resort was beautiful and our group can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd spring break trip to the Punta Cana Resort. This year we had a group of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 4-12. We never felt cramped as the house is huge. Joes the butler was wonderful, Juana the local concierge was very responsive and the pre-trip concierge Matilda arranged all of our menu, bar and grocery provisioning, activities, and dinner reservations before we arrived.The house is located very close to the beach club/golf clubhouse. The neighborhood is beautiful - we had several other families stay in houses within the neighborhood - everyone was a 3-5 minute golf cart ride from our house.
