LOCATION:

Las Palmas 78 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 7 and is just a short distance from the golf clubhouse.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located just outside the property.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have 2 golf touring carts included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Las Palmas 78 is a stunning 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of hole 7.

With its contemporary design, this villa exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic complemented by stylish furniture, vibrant artwork, and an incredible entertainment zone featuring a bar (beverages are not included), pool table, and foosball table.

Step through the grand front door and be welcomed into the dining and entertainment area, boasting stunning views of the swimming pool. The indoor dining area features 2 large tables accommodating up to 16 people.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped, AND your villa rental includes a private, French gourmet chef, who has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe (food and beverages are not included)!

Open the floor-to-ceiling terrace doors to access the expansive pool area and surrounding deck. The resort-style pool has a centerpiece of 3 palm trees, with a semi-Olympic lap pool (25 meters / 82 feet long) on one side and a shallower area on the other. The pool deck has an outdoor shower, dining table, sunloungers and umbrellas, and a covered lounge area with sofas and TV. On the other side of the pool, the terrace stretches in front of the downstairs bedrooms, which are the “swim-out” rooms with direct access to the resort-style pool.

For movie nights, gather in your home theater, complete with a 135-inch screen, projector, and comfortable sofas, for the ultimate cinematic experience!

THE BEDROOMS:

Las Palmas 78 has 8 bedrooms including 2 primary bedrooms – one on each floor. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs, swim-out): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, access to the terrace and pool area, and a private terrace with a view of the golf course.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs, swim-out) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top-mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool area.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs, swim-out, corner) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top-mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool area.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, access to the balcony overlooking the pool, and a private balcony with a view of the golf course.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top-mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private English-, French-, and Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The English- and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
