Welcome to your SwampFriends getaway! This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mid-century modern home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and entertainment—just minutes from the University of Florida.
The home features a spacious layout across three levels. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms: the master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has two twin beds; and the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated for a relaxing stay.
The main living area includes a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/beverage station. The living room features a 75-inch smart TV and two pull-out sofa beds, perfect for extra guests. Downstairs, unwind in your private movie theater room with a 75-inch smart TV and a sleeper sectional. For outdoor relaxation, enjoy the large screened-in patio—also with a 75-inch smart TV—plus a fire pit and deck area for grilling and gatherings.
Other highlights include a beautifully landscaped backyard, a two-car garage, and ample driveway parking. Whether you're in town for a game, visiting family, or exploring Gainesville, this home is designed to help you feel right at home.
