This is a great place right in the middle of Lionhead. Very clean and updated with all the amenities needed for a great stay. I will definitely be staying with them again!
This was a great location for our stay in Vail. Centrally located and easy to walk anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The property itself was extremely clean and updated. The host was very responsive.
Suited our needs for a weekend getaway. Clean, quiet, and walkable to anywhere in Lionshead and Vail Village. Conveniently located bus stop and nearby grocery store, restaurants and shops. We opted to use the public parking deck across the street as the paid parking behind the building was dark and isolated. Would stay again for a weekend visit.
Canât beat the location. In the heart of Lionshead and steps to the bus stop. Michael was a great host. The place is perfect for a couple. Would stay again for sure.
Excellent location and nice updates to the condo. Hosts were very easy to contact as well. The location is perfect for everything in Vail and Lionshead.
Check in was easy and the studio is just like the pictures advertised. The host was very quick to respond if I had any questions. Highly recommend if you need a convenient stay in Vail.
You canât beat the location of this condo! Within minutes of the Eagle Bahn lift and multiple restaurants. The condo was clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. The hosts provided all of the basic necessities and offered coffee, shampoo and body wash. I highly recommend this property!
We found the location to be perfect for our short stay. It would be perfect for 2 adults wanting to ski or enjoy all Vail has to offer in the summer. Clean, quiet, direct sun on the balcony. Bed and linens were great quality and plenty of storage for those bulky ski clothes!!
Although tight with the sleep sofa opened this studio worked well for my self, my wife and our two adult children. The location is excellent. The studio was clean and well cared for. Between the dishes and pans provided by the owners and the spices, etc left by previous tenants it is possible to cook a real meal in the small but functional kitchenette.
You canât beat this location! Host was easy to communicate with. Parking isnât great, lock on unit needs to be upgraded, definitely snug for a family of 4 but overall a great place in the heart of Lionshead
From the accurate view of the balcony and itâs safety regarding security my stay was beyond my expectations.
The unit was spotless and comfortable.
Keurig and coffee pot with ample supplies including coffee, tea and coffee mate was a relief given how late I arrived.
The bed was a soft, cozy dream and smelled as good as it looked with quality bedding. The bathroom had some shampoo and conditioner supplies which is very courteous.
I loved the immediate proximity to the village square and the 2nd floor private balcony overlooking all the activities below.
We had a great ski vacation at vail staying at this property. The business street runs through in front of the building and our unit has a fantastic view over it and the popular rink in the center of town. The Alpine Pizza is at the corner of the building, which offers delicious pizzas you must try! From the front door of the building, it's only a very short walk to the right to the escalator, going down which brings you directly to the gondola ahead. When we need to have a dinner in Vail Village, it's very convenient for us to take the free public bus that runs every ~8 minutes.
The only problem with the Vrbo description is that there is NO hot tub in the building, as claimed in the list. We do like hot tubs usually during our ski trips. The kitchen in the unit is pretty small so don't expect doing any serious cooking. It's enough for us to briefly heat some food and fry the eggs and bacons. There is no dishwasher so you will have to wash the plates/spoons/forks/cups by hand after each meal.
Beautiful location, so close to everything! It looks magical at night from the balcony with all the market street lighting everywhere. Even end of June we had fresh crisp look are to breeze through, we didnât even need the swamp cooler that was an awesome surprise and when we tried it an hour or so, the room got so cold it works very well! Most rentals in the mountain do not have that luxury offered.
Itâs a small space but honestly all we needed. Room for husband & I, it was the best sleep away from home Iâve ever had (besides a Westin), I normally do not sleep well away from home but really did both nights here!
Hide a bed is a nice bonus for 12 year old, although we just ended up using our air mattress, itâs nice to know itâs there and available for use for future guests who have children.
Itâs an older building but no issues with allergies as the inside of this unit was remodeled and much more modern/up to date than other units in The Lift building.
The check in lady was extremely accommodating even though the unit wasnât property managed through them, she still let us store our sonâs medications and allergy friendly foods in a fridge she had available until our room was ready.
Host was in touch with us the morning of check in and above and beyond communication along the way. House cleaning staff was super kind also and personally came by to drop off additional towels and bar of soap for us.
I love that thereâs an elevator down to the street to walk right out to pizza shop below and everything else around. Our son liked The Blue Moose for pizza so much he ate there both nights! We were so close to the gondola that we were able to get an early start for mountain biking every morning. Oh and for families with kids, playground is right next to the building!
The only regret I have is only booking 2 nights. It has been such a wonderful stay, would love to return every year to do this again!
Parking at the Lionshead parking structure (located approximately 300 yards away) is free during the off season and $25 a day during the summer season and $50 a day during the ski season. On site parking may also be available upon arrival based on availability.
