Your next sunny Bethany Beach vacation awaits at this bright and newly built Bishop Landing community! This inviting and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome is nestled in the new Bishopâs Landing wonderful Community less than 3.5 miles from the beach, making this the ideal home base for your family getaway. This rental also includes 8 passes and 1 key fob allowing access to all Bishop Landing North and South community amenities.
When you reserve this exceptional home away from home, you will have access to premium amenities and shared complex facilities. These include a fitness center, yoga room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, a summer beach shuttle, catch-and-release fishing, and an outdoor pool. This makes it an ideal choice for families visiting the Bethany Beach area.
The townhouse is bright and decorated with cheerful colors. The living area is perfect for relaxing after exploring the neighborhood or enjoying the complex's amenities you will step into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen dining area and a cozy family room with a 65-inch Roku smart TV for streaming series and movies with free wifi. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, convection oven, microwave, and air fryer. The first-floor primary suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with walk in closet - plus a private office for those working remotely and a half-bath with laundry room with a washer/dryer.
Upstairs you'll find another bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and a queen bed, plus two more bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (perfect for kids!) and another with queen size bed. A shared full bathroom separation door between the toilet/bathtub, and sink. a loft area with a futon and a second family room with 55-inch smart TV and popcorn machine makes it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy their space.
