- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned groups of any kind.
- Age Requirement: If renting to a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years of age or older.
- Family-Friendly Rental: We prioritize family bookings and do not cater to student groups unless all guests are over 25.
- Only 1 parking pass available per booking and is assigned to a parking spot on the premises via unit number. There are parking spots with no unit numbers that are available for free parking, but it first come first serve. No guarantee on more than 1 spot.
