• Private Patio/Balcony: Connected to the master bedroom, featuring a couch
• Laundry Room: Dedicated space with washer and dryer and ample cabinet storage.

4TH FLOOR
• Rooftop Area: Cozy outdoor seating, a dining area with an umbrella for shade, ambient string lights, and lush greenery for privacy. BBQ grill and utensils available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking! Perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a partial view of the city skyline.

PARKING
No garage access, but can park your car at the end of the driveway in between houses.
Street Parking: Free street parking on the side of the street adjacent to the house for free, first come first serve.

ACCESS
Self check-in via keypad.

CANCELATION POLICY: Please refer to the listing's cancelation policy. A $100 credit card processing fee may apply if the booking is canceled after the booking has been confirmed.

📌PLEASE NOTE: Our home is a 4-story townhome without an elevator. Two out of four bedrooms are on the third floor (master bedroom and 3rd bedroom). We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please consider this information when booking.

Early check-in and late check-out can be available upon request for an additional fee of $100/hour until 12 pm depending on availability and current bookings.

Please let us know prior to check-in if you would like to have the air mattress set up for your stay. It will be made available only upon request.
