During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

Condo needs attention

Cooking pans were placed in refrigerator by someone to catch a leak per the handwritten note on the frig door. The floor was covered with water in the morning, because the pan overflowed. Cooking gadgets were not even close to a Chef's dream as described. Not enough pans and dull knives. The toilet paper holder in the 2nd room was broken. Sadly, there were workman on the roof at check-in until 8:30p on Friday making noise. There were 3 workman on the terrace Saturday morning painting, so we could not enjoy privacy or the terrace. I hate to give a bad review, but this was not a good experience. If the condo gets some repairs it would be a nice place to stay.

Disappointing

The owner should have blocked out this weekend for non rental. When we arrived Friday afternoon there were workers on the roof making noise until after 8pm. They were setting up for Saturday and dropping cables and ropes that were in front of our view the whole weekend. We woke up Saturday to 3 workers on the terrace painting. We could not use the terrace at all. We called Vacasa and were told we would receive a call to move which never came. Our entire weekend vacation was far from what we expected. The condo was disappointing on a few notes. I expected more from the kitchen due to the description saying it was a chefs dream. There was not a sharp knife for cooking prep or eating steaks. There is a handwritten note on the refrigerator door referring to a makeshift tray in the refrigerator that you have to empty or the kitchen floor will have water on it. One pan was in the sink and one was in the refrigerator. Apparently, they both need to be in the refrigerator, because the floor was wet Saturday morning and I had emptied the tray on Friday. The toilet paper roll holder in the 2nd bathroom is broken. One end is just the coils and does not look very welcoming for someone to be paying to stay there. The carpet under the dining table is bowed up and will not lay flat no matter how hard you try. We tripped over the carpet all weekend. I have pictures of these items and the workers on the terrace if needed. I was told that Vacasa would be calling about a refund. It is Monday and I still have not received a call.
