C'est l'endroit idéal pour s'échapper à tout moment de l'année. Avec la terrasse de la piscine ensoleillée, la véranda ombragée, aucun voisin arrière et une zone de conservation pour profiter. Le wifi est également gratuit et de nombreux jeux.
Notre belle villa familiale occupe une position enviable au sein de la petite communauté exclusive de West Stonebridge, à seulement 15 minutes de Disney.
Notre villa dispose de tout le luxe d'une maison et occupe un spacieux 2 676 pieds carrés dans un seul étage. Il dispose de quatre chambres et de trois salles de bain complètes. C'est un environnement très familial et le point de départ idéal pour vivre pleinement l'expérience d'Orlando.

Awesome place for a big family

Heated pool was a big plus for the toddlers. The house was very comfortable and very suited for our big family. Close to supermarket and fast food and not far from Disney and universal studios. Loved the door alarms especially for our toddlers' safety. Had a great time! Thanks once again for letting us stay! Would definately book again!

Beautiful home

My family had a wonderful week in this home! I have three children ages 5-10, and they had a blast. It's conveniently located and very quiet. Great vacation, and we will definitely book again in the future.

Family memories

Our family enjoyed our 1 month stay in this home. At arrival we had 2 issues that were resolved immediately by Julie and Management staff. This home is very well stocked. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, high chair, pack n play crib, lots of beach towels and bathroom towels. The kitchen has lots of dishes, utensils, and every size pans. Lots of different sizes frying pans as well. The pool area has 4 padded lounge chairs , and several other padded chairs as well. The pool heat was perfect temperature. The owner has thought of alot of detail to make your stay comfortable. Quiet area as well. Many happy memories made here.

Great house!

Had a great stay! The kids has things to do with the pool and the game room...if I had to pick a con, it was a little dated, but we weren't there to buy. It was a great stay!

Great home!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious. The pool was soo warm even though it rained we made much use of the pool anyway. The only cons I would say is that at the front door the side window there is one square that you can see directly into the home just was a little creepy never know who would be looking in it. And the sliding door alarms. Totally understandable to protect the kids from being upsupervised in opening doors however it just get a little tedious to hold the button each time and get out under 5 seconds which is hard to do with kids. But overall we for sure would book again!! Great house!.

Decent stay for the price

Took the family to volcano bay for the Labor Day weekend. House was large for our entire family, clean and in acceptable condition. Positive: large house, 4 bedrooms with plenary of beds, open layout in the common area. Big plus is the covered terrace in the pool area, nice to relax and take a break from the sun. Negatives: The “game room” in the garage is not functional, Pool table is broken, 1 cue stick and missing cue balls. Basketball game is broken, literal falling apart, not usable. Other game table was broken as well. Definitely should not be marketed as suck. Misleading. The pool pump was not working during our stay, and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. pool was covered with hundreds of gnats creating a film on top of the pool. I was willing to clean the pool myself but they had a broken skimmer net. I called property manager to discuss and she seemed to be bothered because it was Sunday morning. I was told to let my kids jump in the pool and it would eventually lead to the gnats being pushed out. That was unprofessional, as parents we know how our kids react to what we adults consider not a big deal but to my kids they were not having it and it brought down their spirits. I had to go to the neighbor and ask to borrow their skimmer net and cleaned the pool myself. Pool guy never came until the next morning, the pump does not work, filter was dirty and clogged and had to be removed. Recommendation: If price is the main deciding factor then I would book this. I would not book this property based on the game room or the pool or the management company advising me to let my kids jump in a dirty pool.

Just as it seems!!!

This was my 1st time using Vrbo so I was actually a bit nervous. lol. People can make things look exactly how they want to on the internet. When we got there, I was amazed. The pics did the house no justice. Way better in person. My family and I had the BEST time. House was great, Pool was great. Good location. There are stores within a couple miles. I will definitely be coming back to Orlando will will be HAPPY to stay at this property again. Thank you for helping make this trip even more enjoyable!

Relaxing Spring Break

This house was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. Julie, the host, was very responsive to my questions and answered almost immediately. She was very kind and accommadating. The layout was great, having 3 full bathrooms was so helpful, and the girls had a blast swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and people around were friendly. In the home, there were extra kid items to use like a booster seat for the car which was definitely a plus! If I had to choose between renting a house and a hotel room, I would definitely choose a house. Thank you for the great experience renting a house!

Great home away from home!

We found this place through VRBO and it was a great fit for our family needs. Spacious and comfortable inside and a nice sized heated pool outside. We made use of the four bedrooms when our grandkids joined us for a few days and that pool came in very handy after a long hot day at Disney! Three bathrooms made for a happy family with 7 of us in the house. Everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry room facilities, and the garage is being used as a game room with foosball, air hockey and a small basketball net setup. The neighborhood is quiet and within 20-25 minutes of all the Disney parks, and lots of grocery store, pharmacy and restaurant selections close by, including restaurant delivery. And I can’t say enough about the owners! The Bodes were very responsive to each and every one of my inquiries, and very fast. If we can work it out, we will definitely visit this home again next February. Thanks Mike and Julie!

Not impressed at all.

Where to start: we all got there after flying 6 hours, had to go to the store to buy everything, there wasn’t anything in the house, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, tide, even toilet paper. One roll in each bathroom. For what we paid to stay there all the essentials should’ve been there. The walls in the house need to be painted, marks on the walls all though out the house. Couldn’t sit on the chairs in the kitchen, stains on the chairs were gross. The house needs a lot of TLC & a deep clean. The grass in the front yard was so high, I couldn’t see me feet walking trough it. We all were really disappointed.

When we arrived at the house. My family and I felt at home. The house was clean and everything we needed was in the house. My boys enjoyed the game room and pool. The neighbors were nice and polite. When we return to Florida we will stay here again.

Great 3 bedroom home in Davenport, Florida

This immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow situated in Davenport suited our needs perfectly. Close to shopping, golf courses and restaurants we found our way around without any problems. There were also attractions close by to entertain the children. The kids also enjoyed spending time in the pool while the adults watched from the well laid-out patio. I would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing Vacation Villa!

This is the perfect getaway villa! Our family stayed for a week and we cannot wait to be back. Home away from home in a very nice, quiet and well kept neighbourhood. Close to so many fun activities and the perfect place to relax. Very clean and well kept, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Fantastic communication with the owners and very well organized rental. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!
