Unfortunately, this is the first I have heard of any of these issues. I certainly would have intervened and had the cleaning person come back out if I would have been informed of any discrepancies. As this is a community that primarily caters to short-term rental rentals, it is very difficult to know who will be next-door. I certainly would’ve contacted security myself had I been made aware that our guests were uncomfortable and being disturbed. We definitely strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guest while they are visiting the Orlando area. Sadly, this review is the first I have heard of any of these complaints and was unable to do anything to correct it. 100% satisfaction is what we hope to achieve with every guest.

Unfortunately this review does not tell the whole story. When the guest checked in and notified us that the pool was not satisfactory, we immediately contacted the pool company who came out to provide service. They did say the water was cloudy because we had had a significant amount of rain and that caused the chemicals to be a little lower than normal. They serviced the pool as well as cleaned it and even came back 12 hours later to check on it and make sure everything was perfect. Once that problem was solved, we did not hear it from the Guest again for several days. We were told about the cleaning issue after the guests had been in the Townhome for four days. We immediately contacted our Cleaning person who came out right away. While she was in the home, she was told that everything was fine and beautiful and that she just needed to change a bed. She was there to do whatever was needed, but was told that everything was great. That was the last we heard until a week after checkout. Unfortunately, sometimes reviews are left when a financial compensation request is not provided. Our goal is always to provide 5 Star accommodations for a fun and relaxing vacation!
