If we could give more than five stars we would! The host was very responsive and really thought of everything we would need to have the perfect vacation. We stayed over the week of Christmas with family and the house was beautifully decorated for the holidays and immaculately clean. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool area and the pond was great for fishing.

Beyond Expectations

Spent 2 weeks at the property we rented and loved our stay. The pool was warm and inviting even on cold days. A nicely redone park just a few houses down the street. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed to cook with. Everything in the house and yard looked recently updated and well cared for. There were beach accessories in the garage and bicycles and a brand new set of golf clubs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a 2 week stay and loved this property. Everything looks new and/or refurbished. Very stylish and updated, just as the photos online show. Every kitchen gadget and utensil needed are already there. Bikes and golf clubs waiting in the garage too. It's super close to a recently redone Lake Lisa park, just 6 or 7 houses away. It's also close to grocery stores and drug stores. The pool was 85 deg, even in mid January and the entire screened in outdoor area was beautiful. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 6 stars if I could give them.

Fantastic time!

We had a great time! The house was clean with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space. We stayed with my teenage son and niece, and there were plenty of activities and spaces for them to be sloths. The pool is great and the backyard is peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to lots of activities. Will stay again!

Great Place to Stay

I can't say anything negative about this place. I would give it more Stars if possible. Say 5 stars times 100. We were in the area visiting family. It offered a beautiful outdoor area to hang out. Evening atmosphere was wonderful. It included a lot of amenities, such as bikes, beach gear, coolers. The pool and patio area was beyond great. I would definitely love to go back, and our family that visited us also fell in love with the place. Neighborhood was quiet, and it was conveniently located.

We had a group come down to look at potential homes to purchase. We want to do a VRBO situation like this home. The problem is that none of the properties we looked at were close to what you have in this home. So the search continues.

EXACTLY as advertised!

This is a very well decorated, seemingly recently remodeled home. The pool was great and at the perfect temperature; EVERYTHING we needed was available to us, from kitchen utensils and gadgets (a cook's dream kitchen), to pool toys, beach towels and chairs, bikes, and more. The house is located in fairly quiet neighborhood that is convenient to a grocery store and necessities The lanai was very spacious, with multiple seating areas, including a large dining table. The view of the small lake was lovely with variety of different birds to watch. I did have to contact the host a couple of times with questions, and he was very quick to respond. This home was truly exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again, if we are in the area.

Graduation Stay

Upon entering this lovely house, you can instantly tell the owners took time making this a nice stay for their tenants. The yard was very well kept (I love the texture of the grass)! I felt secure and safe with the keypad door. The living room was spacious, decorated nicely (loved the blue accent wall but sofa was kind of too low for me), and clean kitchen with everything you need. The rooms were also clean and spacious with books to read for kids, games and toys, a high chair and baby bassinet (that we needed for my grandson. I absolutely loved how you had multiple entrances to the pool , even from master bathroom. My kids loved the pool, available things to play in pool, life jackets and sitting area with tv gave a great night ambiance. We didn't fish because I was scared about the gators but had glad the warning was there to alert tenants to be aware. They even had beach items that could be used if you visited the beach. Overall, this was a very relaxing and nice stay. I would definitely book again (without kids to enjoy more lol) and recommend to others.

Property was welcome to my sister's dog and was clean and in great shape. Everything worked well and the view over the pond was great. The lanai and pool were big and very accommodating. We had one problem with the sprinkler pump which the owner immediately addressed with no issues. The neighborhood was an older neighborhood, but neighbors were pleasant. House was in great condition. Location was perfect for us. We had to buy some supplies for the week stay such as laundry soap and toilet paper. Only drawback was we did not know we were only supplied with one bath towel per guest, so we had to do laundry a few times.

We had an enjoyable time staying here. It was clean and comfortable. The lanai was spectacular, you could live out there with a grill, tv, mini frig and a huge table. Also a sitting area. There was even access to the master bath. We spent many days just hanging out there swimming, reading, sunning, very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Had plenty of blankets, towels and beach stuff. The washer and dryer were very useful. Tim was responsive, helpful and kind when we had questions.
