OUTDOOR SPACES & AMENITIES

Enjoy the large backyard featuring a fenced-in patio area - ideal for grilling, dining and spending time together outdoors. A spacious driveway accommodates your vehicles, boats and other vacation gear, and there is even extra storage space available inside the garage.

Inside the garage, you will also find yard games, beach towels and a beach wagon to make your outings even easier and more fun.

Lazy Pines Cottage is perfectly located for everything Sylvan Beach has to offer. Public lake access is just a short walk down the block - the perfect spot to catch stunning Oneida Lake sunsets without the crowds of Sunset Park.
Sidewalks make it easy to walk or bike the short 1.1 miles to Sunset Park, and Sylvan Beach's popular restaurants, shops and entertainment.

PET FRIENDLY

Don't leave your four-legged friends at home! Lazy Pines welcomes well-behaved pets, so that the whole family can enjoy time together. A pet fee of $100.00 is required. More than one pet maybe permitted at the hosts discretion. Please contact host if you wish to bring more than one furry family member on vacation.

All pets must be registered, even those pets that may visit you while at the cottage. Failure to register a pet will result in a $500.00 penality.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, backyard and designated garage area. Whether you are brining along beach gear, bikes or a boat, there is plenty of room for it all.

Other things to note
-The cottage is not directly on the lake, but is just steps away from a public lake access.

-The fireplace is sealed and for decorative purposes only.

-Bicycles are provided in the garage for guests use. Guests use is "at your own risk."

-There are two exterior cameras on the property. One is above the garage and the other is over the sliding glass door. There are no security cameras within the house or garage.

- The patio area (black chain link fence) is the ONLY area that is fully fenced in. The privacy fencing is NOT fully fenced in - including an opening at the back of the property.

- Check in begins at 4PM. Check out is by 10AM. If we are able to accommodate a request for early check in or late check out, there will be a $100 charge for early check in and $100 charge for late check out. If guests stay past the 10AM check out without host approval a $500 fee will charged for every hour guest remains on the premises.
-Bicycles are provided in the garage for guests. They are use at your own risk.

-Patio and deck furniture not available from October 8 - May 2.

-Fire Pit is not available from October 8 - May 2, and when burn bans are in effect.
