Apartment was amazing. We loved staying there. Apologies as one of the shelves broke in the fridge. We had only been there a day and played some milk on there and it collapsed. The unit above us was very noisy at times at night. Not sure if it’s owned or rented but at times sounded like someone was running around their apartment and was late at night. No other negatives it had everything we needed and more.Thank you so much.Wendy

The property has had significant water damage, and it has not been completely repaired, there are several areas where the ceilings are still showing signs of repair and under vanities and trim were dirty. The unit needs to be deeply cleaned. There were small black bugs throughout, and the host told us to use the bug spray in the closet. The master shower head had horrible pressure, and the shared bathroom shower drain was full of dirt and hair. Both showers had black build up around the inside. The floors were sticky and had crumbs upon arrival. We had to call upon arrival because we did not receive our check-in procedures prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences nearby. We were also within walking distance of Publix and the shopping center, which made it incredibly convenient to grab groceries, meals, or anything else we needed during our stay.We visited Universal during our trip, and the location was perfect for that as well. Universal was only a few minutes down the road, making it very easy to get back and forth without spending a lot of time traveling.The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and a great place to come back to after busy days of sightseeing and enjoying the area. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived.Ana was a great host, and we really appreciated the experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely rent from Ana again!

Beautiful condo and facility. Was perfect for our vacation to Universal! Close to several restaurants and a publix which was very convenient. Pools were great too!

To start with the instructions say not to turn the A\C below 72. That made the nights miserable! I think the thermostat could be off a two or three degrees? The next Struggle was the beds in the master and the middle room are wore out! when you look across the bed you cans the rise and fall of the bed. Some of the pillows were very full(too thick) and there were others that were worn out. This was minor but the dish soap container was 90% water and almost no soap. It was unusable! We have stayed in many condos while traveling, if it was advertised as economy I would understand. There was good in the condo but the A/C and the beds made it not a good stay!

I would like to clarify that the recommendation to keep the A/C at 72°F is only a suggestion to help the system operate efficiently; guests are absolutely able to set the temperature lower for their comfort. I’m very sorry if the instructions were not clear and gave you the impression that you were not allowed to lower the temperature. I also appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, pillows, and dish soap. I will review these items with my team and make any necessary replacements or improvements. Guest comfort is very important to me, and I truly wish you had contacted me during your stay, as I would have been happy to assist with the A/C and address any other concerns right away. Great location! Near SeaWorld!

The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable!Publix was within walking distance and The Diner in the Publix Square had delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nice overall. Clean, nicely stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms. Lots of free parking. Plenty of hot water for all 7 of us to shower each day. Kids loved the pool areas. The beds and sofa could have been more comfortable. We would have appreciated more toilet paper. We were provided just two small rolls per bathroom which ran out in a day and a half. The building itself is quite noisy. We heard a lot of noise coming from the condo above us starting at 530am every morning.

As this is a vacation resort, there are times when other guests are present in surrounding condos, and unfortunately occasional noise can happen. The resort does have quiet hours in place, and security is available 24/7—guests are always encouraged to contact them right away so they can address any disturbance in real time. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies and comfort of the beds and sofa.
