Beautiful condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was 514, had just been recently remodeled, everything was beautiful, The view is great. The only thing that I could suggest is to add one or two chairs to the living room. Though the couch was new and looked great, it was not that comfortable, and there was no other place to sit. The dining chairs are bar stools and also not that comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom in the master was also very well appointed, but could use a handheld shower head instead of the stationary one. I imagine most of the people that rent down there are 50 or older and it would be beneficial to have a shower bar to hold on to as well. The bathroom in the second bedroom did not have any storage or places to put things. Our stay was very nice and we had other people we were there with who also had very nice condos so we wound up hanging with them because there really wasn't any place for a large group to hang out in ours.

Smyrna beach getaway

The condo property was neat and clean assigned parking 1 spot. The condo itself was dark dirty and in need of updates.water pressure was terrible no where to put our toiletries in either bathroom. Half the lights in the kitchen didn’t work and the outside furniture was old rusty. Would stay here again but different unit

Bit of happiness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had everything we needed, but could use a good dusting. The only issue we had with our stay is all the construct that was going on which I know was not the fault of Paradise Sea Coast. It just made it difficult to get my car in and out of the parking load during the day when they were working. A heads up would have been nice or even to move my parking space out of that area. This is our second time here and not our last as it is nice and quiet. The beach access will be perfect once the construct is over. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. Also just a great location with shops and food within walking distance.

A Rough start but a great vacation afterwards

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first unit we paid in full for was cancelled after 1 1/2 weeks stating the owner meant to block it off and forgot. We were given a second unit without the views we wanted but took it because we basically wasn’t given a choice. We were told that we could check in early as long as no one was renting. We arrived at 9:00 AM after a 10 hour drive to be told that the unit would be ready in about an hour. Needless to say it was 12:30 PM before we could check in. We were told at 11:00 AM it was still being cleaned. We sat outside in our assigned parking spot until we were allowed to check in and no one every left or entered the unit. The toilet paper in both bathrooms had stains on it, the 2nd bedroom comforter had “stains” on it and the couch was peeling and old with a cover on it that each time we sat on it, the peelings would fall. We sent pictures to the manager and was told that she would talk to the owner about the couch. There was only 2 washcloths so we went and bought our own since there was 3 of us staying for a week. We had a great time despite the first couple of days with problems. The beach and pool was great except for the community room being closed on the weekend and no keys to get to the restroom and having to go back to the condo. The refrigerator too was dirty and the toilet paper holder and kitchen sink faucet was broken. The microwave was older and the screen time was broken. The guests were amazing and we spoke with many others from other states. We will stay there again as other units did not have the same problems but we will not choose the same unit unless it is updated with furniture, cleaning and accessories such as bed linens. The area is perfect for families and the beach was not crowded at all’. The surrounding restaurants were amazing.

STAY AWAY!!!! DISGUSTING PROPERTY!!!

When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned and there was dirty laundry and food all around the unit, poop stains in the toilets, rust and mold on the doors, and just verbally in horrible condition. The property manager never checked to ensure the unit was cleaned prior to our arrival. They put us up in another unit (which was nicer) and told us we could stay 2 days in that unit. Then the next day called and told us we had to vacate the nit cause someone else was coming. This meant we would now be moving our luggage yet a 3rd time in less than 24hrs. We told them we wouldn't go back to the other unit cause it was DISGUSTING... They said we had to so we cancel our reservation..then low and behold we could stay in that room and not move. Too late we moved to another property (much nicer) and they agreed to give us our money back...that was 6/11, its not 6/30 and we still haven't received our money and they arent responding to our inquiries of same. STAY AWAY ITS A DISGUSTING PROPERTY AND THEY ARE DISHONEST

Good stay extra cleaning charge

Stay was great good location on beach. Only complaint is toward Vrbo and property manager. We were charged an extra 38$ 2 days before arrival due to increased cleaning fees and ability to find skilled workers. No communication prior to charge they just charged credit card. Is what it is I guess but we had already had a rental agreement and then this charge was added. And they were still cleaning at 5pm/ checking was 4pm. Other than that great stay and would return.
