To help ensure all my guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please be mindful of the following guidelines:

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially in outdoor areas like patios and driveways.
• Maximum Guests: No more than 12 guests may occupy the property overnight.
• Unregistered Guests: No additional unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without prior written approval.
• Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited.
• Parking: Use only designated parking spaces. Do not block driveways or neighbors’ property.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and must not disturb neighbors.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
• Minimum Age: The booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay on the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Local Guests: Guests with local zip codes may be subject to additional verification or denied booking, depending on the purpose of stay.
• Compliance: All guests are expected to follow local laws, community rules, and these house rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
