Welcome to our modern 2 BDR condo located directly on Le Géant golf course and less than 1km from the ski slopes and the village. Enjoy our common areas including jacuzzi, saunas, outdoor pool and a gym. Underground parking included (2 parking). Free shuttles around the corner on the street. You will be just minutes away from the ski slopes, golf, bike paths, restaurants, festivals and breathtaking scenery.
Come enjoy the beautiful city of Mont-tremblant at our place for memorable memories.
Our condo is an open concept modern design. A brand new construction near the ski slopes of The Mont-Tremblant Mountain. This unit offer a nice view of the moutain and nature. Located at less than 1km from the ski sloppes, it offer high ceiling windows, 2 bedroom , 2 full bathroom , a large open space for kitchen, dining room and living room. This is the perfect place to enjoy times in family or with friends with a glass of wine right new to our fire places.
- 1st bedroom :
Queen size bed with wardrobe and convenient desk for clothes.
- 2nd bedroom :
King size bed with wardrobe and convenient desk for clothes. Ensuite bathroom with heating floors for more privacy in the master bedroom.
Our unit has a desk space next to the living room for those who need a workspace or relax reading books.
Living room area has a fire place with a intelligent TV and a SOFA BED (queen size with full mattress to sleep)
Kitchen space had a 10 foot Long Island with 4 high chairs. It is a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, cookware and essentials to cock for 6 persons and more. Coffee maker with coffee and sugar will be at your disposal to enjoy each of your morning at our place.
High speed wifi is included.
The unit provide hotel quality linens , fresh towels for all guest, toiletries such as : body soap, shampoo , conditioner , make up swipes, paper toilet & hand towel.

The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in your reservation.
This rule applies to you and all your guests and/or visitors.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited:
Inside the apartment
On balconies and terraces
At entrances and in all common areas
Within 9 meters of the building
No cigarette butts are allowed anywhere on the property.
Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $500 fine, and you may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Noise & Gatherings
No loud parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, inside and outside.
Please remain discreet at all times. If gathering, stay indoors as voices carry far.
No noise after 11 PM under any circumstances.
Respect the neighbors and community rules at all times.
Consequences for Rule Violations
If these standards are not respected:
$500 fine for smoking violations or major infractions
Immediate eviction without refund
Fines starting at $150 may be issued by the building co-ownership (Verbier), and these amounts will be reclaimed from you
In serious cases, police may be called
Cleanliness & Respect for the Property
Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean any substances.
No shoes are allowed inside the apartment. Please always remove them before entering.
Stained items will be charged for replacement.
Please pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas.
No shoes inside the apartment. Leave shoes at the entrance.
Keep all common spaces clean and quiet â no music or loud activities.
Parking & Traffic Rules
Park in the correct space â your unit number is written on the garage pillars.
Visitor parking is on the street only.
Do not park on the lawn.
Maximum driving speed on-site is 10 km/h, day and night â children, families, and pets share the space.
Do not drive through the roundabout on the other side of the property.
Pavilion, Spa, and Gym Access
Access pass is required for the pavilion and spa â it is linked to your unit and must be carried with you at all times.
It is STRICTLY forbidden to consume or bring alcohol into any area of the spa pavilion, both indoors and outdoors.
You may be asked to show it at any time.
Spas are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, and the gym opens at 6 AM.
This area is peaceful and quiet â please respect the tranquil atmosphere.
Access after closing hours is strictly prohibited. Security or police may intervene.
Children & Supervision
Parents must supervise children at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and the spa.
Constant supervision ensures safety and a pleasant stay for everyone.
Security & Surveillance
A security guard is generally on site.
The premises are monitored by cameras and caring neighbors.
Respect for all rules contributes to a safe, welcoming environment.
The property includes a bunk bed ladder. Children and individuals who may require assistance must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the stay.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp on your departure day.
Late check-outs delay cleaning and may result in additional charges.
Please return your access passes before leaving â replacement fees apply.
