Great house for families

We had a great stay. The house has plenty of space for 10. We loved the neighborhood tennis courts and pool. And driving the golf cart to the beach was really fun!

Great location

Really enjoyed the golf cart and kitchen was well equipped with everything we wanted. Perfect bunk room for the kids to play away from adults. Beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very nice and the owner was helpful and responsive. Having the golf cart to use to get back and forth to the beach eas a game changer. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for us! Great amount of space. The golf cart was so awesome for getting back and forth to the beach and to places on Scenic 98. Communication was excellent, too! Highly recommend!

Every year we travel from Philly to Destin and this was our 1st VRBO house stay. Great house and very beautiful home! Owner let us check in 3 hours early which was great since we arrived early from driving 18 hours. The stay was great with no issues at all! House was very clean and amenities were perfect! We will be back!

Great week

We enjoyed our stay. The location is superb and we will definitely stay in Destiny again and again. The house is in need of a good DEEP cleaning - beyond the once-over received between guests. I have communicated the details to the owner. If it was clean we would give 5⭐️. Great house and location couldn’t be better.

I appreciate all the recommendations you emailed me and have scheduled a good DEEP clean this week. Due to the overwhelming demand for guests wanting to enjoy Florida, our normal schedule for deep cleaning had to be pushed back. I look forward to having you and your family as guests again!

Great time in Destin.

Wonderfull family vacation house. Kids on the third floor with their own TV, bath & even refrig., adults on the second and family living area on the first. Golf cart for 6 to take everything you need to the beach and almost everything you need at the beach is provided. Community is big, nicely done and was never crowded.

Wonderful Home in a Great Location

Our family just returned from a week stay at this house...it was a blast. We had 8 guests and had plenty of extra room for more. The beautiful beaches are just a 5 minute stroll away, but they also had a large (room for six) golf cart we used to get there (and the kids loved it). We've stayed in this neighborhood three times now, and this was our favorite location. The house is close to both the pool and the beach, and the decor is cozy and comfortable. We look forward to visiting this house again!

Beautiful house, caring owner

My family just visited Destin for the first time. We drove from Austin and had no idea what the housing situation would be like. We booked this house based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. The house is beautiful, can easily sleep a large group, and is a short walk (or fun golf car ride) to the beach. The owner, Brenda, is very nice and caring and immediately jumped on any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend this house!

First visit to Destin

This location is so perfect. Brenda is so helpful and very prompt in getting back to you. This house is amazing. Beds are so comfortable, so much space. Very clean. Golf cart was awesome. And our dogs felt comfortable there too. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed everything about this vacation. This will be the house we will come back too for sure.

Beautiful beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman Casa! We needed a pet-friendly house that was close to the beach and this house met our needs perfectly. We especially appreciated (and made good us of) the golf cart that was provided. It made getting to and from the beach so easy and we were also close to several of our favorite restaurants so we just took that instead of our car. The home itself is very clean and is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We only needed one bedroom this time but it is spacious for several families and kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We definitely recommend Cayman Casa to anyone looking to stay close to the beach and traveling with a pet. Brenda, the homeowner, was very friendly and accommodating and answered our emails promptly.

The Perfect Home for BIG group - Clean, Great Location

Two families kids from 6 to 17 spent a week in the lovely home. The house is BIG, very beautifully furnished, CLEAN, well maintained and overall was a terrific place for two families to spend the week. I have to admit I was concerned about the distance from the beach -- but it was not an issue. The golf carts were fun and functional - the house is stocked with a huge selection of sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards - you will not need to buy anything beach related (however bring your own beach towels!) Overall the kitchen is large, better stocked than my home kitchen and has two refrigerators (a full sized one in the garage perfect for drinks). We used the BBQ in the back yard several times too. Also the pool was a nice option and very close! When we return to Destin, we will head straight for Casa Cayman -- it was perfect!

Family vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation, all 12 of us. 6 adults and 6 kids.It was PERFECT!!! The kids loved the upstairs "kid" room. They loved the bunkbeds and the Wii. The house is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, right across the street from the ocean. We walked everyday to the ocean. They had a golf cart for us to use but we enjoyed walking. The pool was also a hit for the kids. Its big and has a waterfall. The house is just right around the corner from the pool and tennis courts. The owner came by and made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful in giving advise on where to eat and shop. There is so much to do close to the subdivision. We did not have to travel far for restaurants, shopping or fun. Everything is within a 10 minute drive or less. I have already recommended this to friends and family. I will be back!!

Amazing!

My family & I rented this beautiful house for a week. There were 9 adults & 2 kids. When we first arrived she left out a basket full of goodies and a note telling us the "must see's". She has an awesome golf cart that we used everyday to go to the beach and to Crab Trap. It's literally a 2 minute golf cart ride! I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this home. The only thing we needed was beach towels. That's it! We cooked and had everything we needed. On our last night there my husband wanted to watch a certain college basketball game and she didn't have the channel. He texted her & asked if she could call and get the channel and within a couple minutes he was able to watch the game. Brenda, you are awesome! We all agreed that we will be coming back to this house for our next Destin vacation! Also, we went in the hot tub & pool every night we were there and it was amaaaazing!

Cleanliness is Important!!

The property was in a great location (close to the beach and outlets) and the open space layout was exactly as described in the listing. Given our current climate with COVID, you would think the property would've been cleaned and sanitized. However, this wasn't the experience we had. When we opened the door, we immediately could tell that the previous visitors had a dog. There was dog hair on the living room and dining room floor. The upholstery also smelled of dog. It was so unsanitary that 5 members of the group caught a stomach virus and had to visit urgent care on the second day of stay (and it was definitely from being in that space because no one ate the same thing to get food poisoning). This was one of the worst property visits that we have experienced from a cleanliness experience.
