Amenities include large resort style pool, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, complete fitness center, challenging 18-hole golf course and pro shop and tiki bar on the property. The unit is very close to the Atlanta Braves spring training facility, downtown Wellen Park with restaurants and shopping and beautiful beaches in and around Venice. There are two optional transferable Golf Memberships ($250 fee each) associated with the unit which means there is only a $30.00 cart rental fee per round per person. The unit is accessed via elevator or stairs.
