Welcome to this spacious loft duplex apartment, perfect for both corporate stays and vacation rentals.

Upper Level:
Upon entering, you're greeted by Bedroom #1, a large and inviting master suite featuring three comfortable double beds. Adjacent to this room is a well-appointed bathroom with double sinks, enhancing convenience for your stay. Continuing through the space, you’ll find Bedroom #2, equipped with a cozy queen-size bed. Directly across from this bedroom is the second full bathroom. The heart of the home features a warm and welcoming living room area that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen. Open the sliding door to reveal a stunning deck, where you can savor breathtaking views of the New York Manhattan skyline, from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy outdoor BBQs while soaking in the sights!

Lower Level:
Descend the spiral staircase to discover additional accommodations. To your left is the third full bathroom, conveniently located next to a large washer and dryer. Directly in front of the stairs, Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed alongside a twin bed, perfect for a small family or group. Next, Bedroom #4 boasts two full (double) beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements. Finally, Bedroom #5 also includes two full (double) beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

In total, the apartment accommodates up to 21 guests with:
- 7 full-size (double) beds
- 2 queen-size beds
- 1 twin bed
- A queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room

The Neighborhood

The Big Apple is right in our backyard! Traveling to Manhattan is only a 15-20min drive or the NJ Transit Bus stop (123 Bus to 42st Manhattan) is 1/2 block away from the apparent. Please ask about our guest recourse documents! There is a ton of info about museums, shopping locations, and site seeing locations! Please don't hesitate to ask for help or any question with travel needs!

There is a community Olympic size swimming pool right next door called Fireman's Memorial Park, including a kids swimming area! Please ask ahead of time if you are planning on going.

There is a 24/7 bakery 1 & 1/2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Street on Palisade Ave. They have delicious pastries, fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels. And some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices and eggs.

There's a 24/7 Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.

We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City. It's located next to the 2nd St Washington Park on Central Ave and North St. They serve authentic Cuban cuisine and the average meal $4 to $9! They also offer fresh squeezed juice!

In Washington Park, located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free for public use! Please let us know in advice we can supply our guest with tennis rackets upon request.

We normally send each of our guests a PDF with an amazing custom build Google Map of resources and attraction in our area. Included with most common travel question and requests. Please let us now if you did not receive the document as we would be happy to send it to! If you have any feedback or suggestions please let us know! Your input is greatly appreciated!

Private Parking is available, this must be reserved and we have limited spots or free street residential parking pass is available upon request, street parking is not guaranteed, you need to drive around and find a spot with in 4 blocks of the unit. No guaranteed parking for instant bookings, the parking may have been rented already.

House rules update if there are any extra guests or visitors property that are unannounced or NOT on the guest list /Vacation rental booking center Prior to arrival or during the booking, there will be a minimum charge of $260 per person per night above the original booking cost.

All communication must be made through the airbnb message center. I don't always answer my cell phone when at work. Normal response time is given during business hours from 9am to 5 PM We have a full staff that monitor the message center, to help guests!

Please note any repairs or maintenance or broken items including furniture in the apartment need to be reported immediately upon entry of the apartment or during the guests stay if not, guests will be responsible for replacement of any items all repairs necessary that we’re not reported. Thank you for understanding.

If the ID does not match the name including credit card information/Verification from authorized user on the rental company profile the property manager or owner will be unable to give you or any guests/ visitors entry to apartment including access to the private property.

If any recent changes were made to Tenant/Guest information in regards to Account information, profile/photos, identification, name, current or original residence including any changes to credit card Information Must have current verification codes and status update from Rental company.
Please note any account discrepancies must be resolved prior to check in/ entry to property.
Prior to entry to property; Any visitors of guests or tenants name must be put in the message center including government identification. Please note any visitors of guests found parking in our private lot will be immediately towed Police Department and or charged a minimum of $60 per parking space Per night. Any additional charges or improperly parking in our private parking lot Will be charged to tenant/guest, any damage done to guests/visitor/tenants cars will not be our responsibility or the properties responsibility.

-Hello and welcome, thank you for choosing our unit!
-Please enjoy the unique location, please be respectful to the neighbors and keep the place clean let us know if there any immediate needs or repairs.
-Enjoy the back-deck w/BBQ, please make sure after use the gas to grill must be shut off at the tank and please clean the grill or this will be $60 extra cleaning fee.
BBQ Gas tanks are the responsibility of the tenant/occupant/guest to refill during their stay

-adult supervision at all times must be provided for the following Please supervise all young children on the back deck. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises. Please be advise there is a 24/7 surveillance camera s located on the out door deck and front parking lot for our guest security.
-Please keep our place clean, place all trash from apartment into grey and black garbage pales that we provide. Please remove all garbage and trash out to the parking lot/driveway and place it into the trash cans. (Trash cans are located at the top left-hand side of the drive way. Recycling- Blue cans are for paper and cardboard. Red cans are for plastic or glass. Any fines passed to us will be forwarded to the renter.
-Please remember we have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our building. For people who smoke there is a deck outside and a back garden to enjoy the awesome view of the amazing New York Skyline. (No Smoking inside the apartment and please close the slide/door as well as windows if you are smoking. We have a strict cleaning ADDITIONAL fee of $400 per room if we detect smoke inside the apartment or any odor relating.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost or left items in the unit. You take sole responsibility for all items brought to this unit. We will not be held responsible for any reimbursement what so ever.
-Remember to lock all windows and doors when you leave. We will not be responsible for any missing items.
-If house rules are not followed, we have the right to remove all guests from the property with no refund.
-Please return the street parking pass to avoid $50 replacement fee. Street Parking passes are $10 a night, street parking is difficult to find in this area.
INSTRUCTIONS for Street Parking
1. This permit entitles to park ONLY WITHIN a 4-block radius of the
address listed within The City of Union City.
2. Please hang the permit on rearview mirror with color side
facing out. Please also remember to remove the parking tag when
vehicle is in operation
3. Permits may not be sold, exchanged, or purchased from any
person or agency other than from the UCPA.

Was initially worried about check in due to some of the reviews but the host was very responsive. The place is exactly as described/shown in photos. We were a group of 11 and everyone loved the place. Great location and the views are amazing!

We stayed here with our four children for a week and had a great time. Convenient access to everything in NYC and NJ. Communication with the host was great. Would absolutely recommend! The view was incredible. Overall, I think this was a great value for us.

We were n town for a golf tournament. Location was ideal and the unit itself was just what we needed. Staff was helpful and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended just for the views of nothing else but everything else was great as well

Property was a hidden gem! Appeared small from the outside but looks are definitely deceiving!!

The unit was great! Clean and modern with all the amenities you need! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for my children to play, and the view of NYC from the deck is superb!! We were in town for a family wedding and had 15 family and friends over for an afternoon comfortably!! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to NYC!!

Stay Elsewhere!!!

Do yourself a favor and look for a different property. Host canceled our reservation at 11pm the night before check in, on a holiday weekend. We had shows and activities already booked and paid for. The host offered zero assistance. VRBO offered a hotel stay, 1 room only, for a family of 6. Don't chance it like I did, walk away.

That View Tho!

Driving to this property might give you pause if you dont know the area, but rest assured it's a perfect property in a good area, with an amazing view. We commuted in and out of Manhattan with ease and the place was everything as promised. Peter was hospitable and easy to communicate with. Thanks for helping us enjoy a fun weekend!

Diamond In The Rough

While the location may appear a bit rough, once you step into the apartment, it seems as if you are transported to a charming and updated apartment. The many rooms are fantastic and the dining table was a boon for us as a larger group. The best part of the property is, of course, the Manhattan skyline view. The pictures are actuate and honestly, it provides many picture-worth moments. If you decide to be adventurous and want to walk to dinner, please google Carpe Diem Pub. It’s fantastic food and one of the best burgers we’ve ever had!

This property owner ignored text & email and canceled our reservation within 20 hrs of arrival.

Don’t give this property owner a chance, last minute cancellation! Tried a bait & switch property with only 3 bedrooms & 1 bath for our group of 8 adults. VRBO was little help locating a replacement property.

A once in a lifetime occasion called for a once in a lifetime location. What a view!!! 5 comfortable bedrooms with very good amenities. Some small problems with the sliding door and coffee maker did not diminish the experience in your excellently located property. A short walk to great dining and grocery shopping just added to the treat that the staff and owner provided in courtesy and service. Thank you Peter and gang for a wonderful time. Beautiful view

Stayed here with my family. We had plenty of room and there was everything we needed. Even though there is no central air there is a window unit in each room. The view was breathtaking all day long. You have the view from the dining/living room as well as two of the other bedrooms. I will definitely stay here again. The location made it easy to travel to Manhattan and all the places of interest. The local people at the stores we went to were friendly. There is also a Trader Joe’s not too far from the property. Everything about this place had great energy. It felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable especially the couch in the living room.

Double booked, I booked 3 months in advance

I booked in May, to check in Sept. Paid in full. They double booked some one a week before check in. They moved me to a smaller unit. Had no choice it was in missed of the hurricane, and a wedding to go to. Very disappointed.

We loved this place!

Stay in this quiet little neighborhood on the Jersey side with fabulous views of the entire Manhattan skyline. Pictures from the outdoor deck do not do the view justice, it is truly astounding! Clean and well maintained, property managers will bend over backwards for you! Bodega, liquor store, laundromat, bakery all no more than 4 blocks away. This property offers space and privacy for your traveling party. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms were even stocked with shampoos, conditioners, soap and toothpaste. Just in case you are skeptical,the bus stop 1 block away, truly is easy to navigate into the city. Property managers also work closely with a transportation/car service that is phenomenal. The value, location and service we received on our 5 day stay will have me booking this property again in the future.

PLENTY of room and Perfect for our Family of 5

1st time to NYC and from a town of 900 so we weren't sure what to expect. Neighborhood is quiet and nice, we felt safe walking around. Plenty of space for 3 teenagers to chill in their own space after a long day of sight seeing. The View is AMAZING. The Bus stop is 2 houses away and only a 20 minute ride to Port Authority! Buy your tickets on line! UBER was quick as well, drivers were friendly. Amazing bakery short walk away! Grocery store close as well. Blue Flame pizza was walking distance and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Great Family memories. Peter was very helpful and quick to respond. $20 per day to park right outside our door! Thanks Again!!
