Private and cozy apartment in small town Kansas!
Enjoy your own private cozy and clean, safe apartment. It includes all basic amenities such as a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, a dining table w/ chairs, a queen size bed, bathroom w/ shower, and a TV with cable. For those who like to sleep w/ ambient noise, we provide a white noise machine. There is a large parking lot, and the building is single story, so no steps to go up, and just a few steps from your vehicle to your door. Easy access to 68 Hwy and 169 Hwy. We are also pet friendly!
The space
The property was originally built and functioned as a motel. Rooms were then renovated and turned into individual apartments. This particular apartment is a studio room with a queen-size bed, dining area, kitchenette, closet, and bathroom with a shower. There is a door that leads to the next room, but it is locked on both sides. The parking area and front door entrance has good lighting. The distance from where you park to where you stay is just a few feet away, and there are no stairs to go up, so it is very accessible. If you have things that need washed, there is a laundromat just a couple blocks away. If you are wanting somewhere to dine, there are several nearby restaurants, including a really good Mexican restaurant across the street.
Guest access
There is a large parking area, so there should be no issues for vehicles to get in or out. The parking lot itself is gravel, but the street is paved, and there is a paved sidewalk that runs the entire length of the building.
Other things to note
Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.
Guests are advised to exercise caution when navigating outdoor spaces, especially in freezing temperatures. Use handrails where available and watch for potentially slippery areas.

~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

â FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.

â FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
â FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
â FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.

â FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
â FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

â Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.

â Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
â Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
â Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
â Pet cannot mark indoors.
â Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
â Pets cannot be left unattended.

â FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
â FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of the pet fee.
â FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.

â FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $60 charge.
