This home has access to Ideal Beach. Ideal beach is a resort on the shores of Bear lake, a quick 5 Minute drive down the hill. Ideal beach gives you access to a private beach, pools and hot tubs, acres of green grass, playground, sports courts, and more! It is open all year round with indoor tennis/pickle/and basketball courts. It also has the indoor pool and sauna available during the winter.

In the winter, areas near Beaver Mountain resort have several snowmobiling spots.

Neighborhood Highlights: Quiet cut de sac with front yard views of Bear Lake. Back yard backs up to open space so you can enjoy a private BBQ or evening chats on the patio while the kids play on the play structure.

The home can accommodate 6–7 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Bringing a Boat?
Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or rent from Ideal Beach. If you're bringing your own, please launch only from local marinas—Ideal Beach does not allow boat launching.

Rules of the Property:

Self check-in with key pad
No parties or events
No commercial photographers
No smoking or vaping on the Property

Quiet time is from 10pm-8am - (11pm to 7am on weekends)

No food, drinks or shoes are permitted in or on carpeted areas and furniture of the home. If you would like to wear shoes in the house, please bring slippers or house shoes!
