So much to love about this place. It looks like the owner transformed a warehouse to a cool place. We loved opening the garage door and sitting on the patio. It was close to everything. I think this place is new to rentals - it is an up and coming! Donât book if you just want a regular place. It has character it is a Holiday Inn Express.
Wonderful stay with modern design and great energy
Studio Orange was absolutely perfect for our trip! The space is beautifully designed â modern, spotless, and filled with such positive, welcoming energy. We originally booked it to be close to Live Oak Bank Pavilion (a super easy 10-minute walk), but having the beach just 20 minutes away made it even better. We loved being able to enjoy both the concert and plenty of beach time with our family. The vinyl collection was such a great touch, and the book collection made it even cozier â we had the best time flipping through records and reading while we relaxed. Traveling with our two young kids, we felt completely safe and right at home. In fact, our oldest is already trying to plan his birthday trip back here â which tells you everything you need to know! We wouldnât hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington.
We love our city and its many facets. With vacation stays at the beach and downtown, we span the unique diversity that Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach have. Being from Beaufort NC, I love the ocean and all its recreational opportunities. With close proximity to all the amenities, concerts, restaurants, airport and history of downtown, this space still allows quick access to the beaches of New Hanover County blended with the activities and action of downtown ILM . Enjoy both!
We love the quiet but close proximity of N 4th st Brooklyn Arts District to Live Oak Pavilion and concerts, Palate bottle shop for cozy cocktails with friends and shops and restaurants of the bustling downtown area.
There is nothing like this is Wilmington! Our space was craftily designed by Artist and Musician Kevin Rhodes to be a cozy but spacious space inviting you to blend inside with outside and entertaining.
