2/2 in The Village of Hacienda, with open floor plan, spilling into a cozy screened-in lanai overlooking the private, enclosed backyard. Guest quarters are separated from the common area with a pocket door for privacy. Master area is in the back of the house for seclusion. Walking distance to the closest pool and a few miles from SPANISH SPRINGS and LAKE SUMTER for shopping, dining and FREE nightly entertainment. GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS galore. Call ahead to reserve your rental golf cart.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
Pets: Not Pets on the Property at any Time. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart NOT Provided. Be sure to make arrangements for a rental golf cart for your arrival.
