Camp mer est une maison en bord de mer de six chambres, cinq salle de bain situ���� �� un mile au sud de Garden City Pier. Cette maison dispose d'une cuisine enti���rement ��quipée avec une machine à glaçons, petit bar avec tabourets, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, en bord de mer projeté en porche, salle à manger, salle familiale, laveuse, sécheuse, chauffage central et la climatisation, et les ventilateurs de plafond. Six téléviseurs couleur (câble, écran plat dans le salon), trois joueurs de DVD et connexion Wi-Fi sont également fournis. Personnes comprennent 10 lits queen et un canapé-lit. Aménagements extérieurs comprennent une terrasse, passerelle en bois sur les dunes de la plage, tables de pique-grill, et un grand parking (certains couverts). Idéalement situé à proximité de certaines des meilleures attractions de la région, Garden City Beach est directement au sud de Surfside Beach et se termine sur une péninsule à l'embouchure de Murrells Inlet. Sea Camp is a wonderful, spacious house for a family vacation. Its location with the wide and beautiful strand is perfect. Lacking a little but still a great trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I begin? The house was not fully cleaned when we arrived. It was VERY obvious that some of the toilets had not been touched which is just unacceptable. There was sand on the floors and in the showers. Left over soap still on the shower shelf. There were a ton of weeds all around the paver patio by the pool. It was a little disheartening to spend this kind of money and walk into that hot mess. The dirty toilets were a little hard to get over bc I felt like nothing had been properly sanitized between rentals. THAT BEING SAID, the rental company immediately responded to my call and sent a second cleaner that evening. As for the house itself: the kitchen was amazing! Very well stocked and labled. Huge table to accommodate everyone. The kitchen faucet still had not been fixed (see previous reviews) and someone tied a rope around it to make it more stable. But it worked just fine. Two fridges were awesome. Den was a little awkward with the furniture layout. Bedrooms could really use a dresser. There's no storage so plan on digging through your suitcase for the week. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked really well even on the super hot days. Pool was pretty dirty upon arrival and they don't clean it until Thursday afternoon so we had a dirty pool the majority of the week. The kids didn't mind though. Another big NO was lack of blinds in the powder bath. Understandable not to have them upsatirs bc noone can see in at that level but if you are in the powder room, you can make eye contact with people on the porch next door so if privacy is a concern, don't use that bathroom. Several of us had an audience more than once. The view is GORGEOUS and we had a great week once we got over the lack of cleanliness. The house has cute touches and we would probably rent it again.

Although we were a little disappointed that we were unable to use the pool due to a mechanical malfunction, Thank you to all the employees of Garden city reality that listened to my concerns and Brad that made everything right. Our friends all use Garden City reality and we too will continue to do so as well. A shout out to Zach (pool guy) that was there every morning and afternoon trying to fix the problem. I hope to be able to rent this next year as well. We loved walking to the Pier every morning, it’s exactly a mile from the house.

A nice stay at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I made last minute vacation plans and decided to stay at the SeaCamp. A great week with a little hurricane thrown in for good measure! We really liked SeaCamp, it was modern, clean, and perfect location! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. We felt safe and secure here even when the winds whipped up a bit. Anyone renting this home needs to know: there are NO window treatments on the first floor, anyone on the beach have full view of the inside of the home. The 1/2 bath and both bathrooms on the second floor have NO window treatments either (except a third of the window has a frosted film over it). That being the case we chose to stay on the 3rd floor where the bathrooms had no windows. The living room chairs and sofa(?) was not comfortable. That was the only downside of our stay. Check in was fast and easy, we ate mostly in the Murrells Inlet area so the restaurants were close by. All in all, this was a nice place to stay!

My only negative is that the TVs are really cheap (Polaroid brand). They aren’t smart TVs so you can’t stream anything unless you bring a fire stick. For such a beautiful house, you’d think they’d spend a few extra hundred dollars and buy smart TVs (they are so cheap now!). Had one cleanliness issue when we first arrived, as I found a used contact lens on the master bathroom counter. No one in our group wears contacts. That grossed me out. Other than that, highly recommend and we already booked the house again for next summer!

The location, design, beach access, and views are all phenomenal. The owners have done a great job of equipping the house with small conveniences. The kitchen is especially well stocked with tools for the cook. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the views on both sides.

But when we went to reserve for next year we were told the rent was increased almost 100%. WOW! Now we expected some increase but our friends stayed next door in a very nice house and their rent only went up 10%. This basically put all of us off this house. Way too expensive compared to comparables. And 100% increase is absurd.

There were no blinds for the living and bathrooms, so they turned into a fishbowl at night. The grill was also non functional. I checked the air filters because the airflow seemed low and it looked liked Chewbacca was sucked in. Finally, we found out the price for next year would go up over $4500.

As soon as we entered the beautifully updated house we were hit by the gorgeous, breathtaking views of the ocean! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large family and everything was labeled and organized so well. Each room was clean and well thought out for comfortable, large family stays. We felt as though we were staying at a 5 Star hotel! We hope to return and enjoy Seacamp again next year! And, Garden City Realty staff were awesome and provided excellent customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, both upper level showers became inoperable. Maintenance man was unable to fix them timely. Floors could of used additional cleaning prior to our arrival.

Great for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the back porch. Could only be better if it was screened in. Pool was pretty small and the water cold- if it was able to be warmed, we didn’t receive instructions on how/where the controls to do so were. The air conditioning was preset and ran constantly- it was cold in the house. That was pretty miserable during the night, especially with young kids. But the overall setup of the home was great for our large group of several couples with younger kids. The kitchen being fully equipped was helpful. The weather during our stay was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: This was an awesome vacation, starting with the wonderful young man there at the realty office who gladly checked on the possibility of us getting into the house, as we had arrived a few hours earlier than expected 👍🏻And had three small children in tow 😅 The inspector lady was sweet and understanding, the realtor at the window made filling out the paperwork a breeze, and we were in before our feet hit the sand! ⛱🏝🌊 Seacamp is a beautiful home! It was just perfect for our family .... Which this trip was 11. Each of our little families had a corner with room to spare! Awesome views took our breath away when we opened the door, the bedrooms large and comfortable, the bathrooms incredible, but the kitchen was the most impressive 💙💙💙those color coded drawers will be happening here in my West Virginia kitchen soon!🤣😂👍🏻 The location was perfect. If I had to critique anything at all it might be the lack of window coverings on the side of the living room... we felt a little exposed, and could actually view their TV 🥴 and the kids would of liked better bathroom window covering....the faucet is very loose in the kitchen, but a maintenance man came by about the”dryer” ( which actually worked great for us) and said the faucet was already noted and on back order .. also we would of appreciated a vacuum or electric broom, swifter, something , to keep up with some sand.... But we managed 😊. we have rented from Garden City Realty for years and have always been pleased ( we rented 601 at surf-master at least a dozen times) we are truly spoiled now with this house 💙💙 the Jura’s from Glen Dale WV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 14 just returned from a week at Seacamp. It was absolutely amazing. The house was just perfect for our group the rooms were large and views amazing. The kids loved the pool but a pit too cold for the adults unfortunately. Looking forward to another week next year
