• Bunk Room: Designed for both fun and functionality, this room has two bunk beds sleeping 4 people comfortably. With lots of space to play or stretch with the provided yoga mats.

• 4th Bedroom (Off the Kitchen): A small and practical space featuring one bunk bed that sleeps the final 2 guests.

Disclaimer:
Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique environment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

If you would like to use bbq or fire pit please turn them off after used.

Security Cameras Installed:
We have exterior security cameras installed for safety and security purposes only. These include one in the front yard, one in the side yard facing the garbage cans, and one in the backyard. We also have a camera inside the garage, which was added following a recent theft. We respect our guests privacy at all times.

Pet Policy & Rental Agreement Disclaimer
We’re passionate pet lovers and have our own fur babies! To keep our space clean, please pick up after your dog’s poop in the yard/around the property during your stay and keep all pets off the furniture. A $50.00 fine will be charged for any poop left behind in the yard/around the property. If we find pet urine or poop inside the house, a deep clean will be required, and you will be charged an additional $500.00.

Damage and Incidentals: You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you, your party, or your pets during your stay.
