Tucked away just off the highway, you'll drive down a secluded rock driveway that leads to a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. As you approach the house, you'll be greeted by a cozy fire pit with seating, a serene wooded area on one side, and a beautifully remodeled modern minimalist home on the other. The home features two covered porches and a private hot tub with a roof, offering a peaceful view of the surrounding woods.

Step inside, and you'll find an open-concept layout with a fully equipped galley kitchen to your left, stocked with all the essentials. (Electric Stove, Range, Microwave, Fridge, and Dishwasher. To the back left, you'll discover a custom-built bunkhouse bedroom with two queen beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top—perfect for families or groups. This room also features its own HD Smart TV for added convenience. Straight ahead, the dining area comfortably seats six, with a door leading out to the backyard. Adjacent to the dining area is a full bathroom featuring a stand-up shower, vanity, and toilet.

On the right, unwind in the living room, where a linear electric fireplace and HD Smart TV are surrounded by a love seat and two single chairs, ideal for relaxation. Just beyond, step down into the master bedroom, where large windows offer unobstructed views of the natural beauty outside. The master suite also features its own HD Smart TV, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips. The master bathroom is just up a small step and includes a spacious shower, vanity, and toilet. For an even more tranquil experience, you can step out from the master onto your private porch with the hot tub.

Throughout the home, expansive glass windows allow for abundant natural light and stunning views of the trees and wildlife.

For cozy nights by the fire, you'll find split and stacked firewood just to the left of the house, sheltered under the garage overhang. Best of all, there are no neighboring properties in sight—just the peaceful sounds of nature.

This is your ultimate getaway—whether you prefer adventure or quiet relaxation, the choice is yours.

You’ll reach the property by driving down a long gravel driveway through a wooded area. Parking is available to the left of the house, in front of the detached garage. Follow the stone walkway to the front door to enter. Note: There are a few steps down into the master bedroom and steps back up into the master bathroom.

Restricted Areas: Strictly Off-Limits
- Private Structures: Garage, barn, and outbuildings (these are empty—guests have full use of the cabin only)
- Maintenance Areas: Storage buildings and any utility or equipment spaces

Important Property & Land Use Boundaries
- No Hunting: Hunting is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- No Motorized Vehicles: ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and other motorized recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.
- Stay Within Designated Areas: For safety and land-management reasons, please remain within established paths and designated areas. Exploring beyond these boundaries or into undeveloped wooded areas is not allowed.
- Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
- Quiet Retreat: This cabin is designed for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Setting & Accessibility
- Remote & Private: Compass Valley Cabin is a private, remote escape nestled in a wooded setting.
- Gravel Roads: All access roads and driveways on the property are gravel.

Additional Guest Guidelines
- Hot Tub: Our hot tub is professionally maintained and available year-round; please follow all posted safety guidelines for use.
- Fireplace: The electric fireplace is for ambiance (not a primary heat source).

Expectations
- Nature-Focused: Expect to encounter wildlife, insects, and natural, uneven terrain.
- Firewood: Available seasonally, though not guaranteed year-round.
- Connectivity: Cell service is limited depending on your carrier; we recommend using the provided Wi-Fi at the cabin.
- Security: For the safety of our guests and property, we use exterior security cameras, including a doorbell camera and a camera monitoring the driveway/parking area. These cameras are for security purposes only, and there are no cameras inside the home.
