It includes a cozy seating area with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area features a table that seats eight, complemented by additional counter stools, ensuring ample space for shared meals.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a Duo Keurig coffee maker, and comes fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Located on the second floor, this room offers a private balcony and is furnished with comfortable bedding, providing a tranquil retreat.​
Second Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed and ample closet space, ensuring a restful stay.​
Third Bedroom: Equipped with double beds and access to a private patio, this room is perfect for additional guests or children.

**Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00)
