The Neighborhood:
The Everlake offers a serene lakeside retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Olympia and about 1 hour southwest of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The home is conveniently located near plenty of outdoor activities, including waterfalls, hiking trails and golf courses, such as Salish Cliffs Golf Club. If you’ve got time for a day trip, you won’t want to miss Capitol State Forest, Olympic National Forest or Mount Rainier National Park.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are not readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will not have access to the owner’s boat house. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and tie it to the dock, but will need to use the nearby public boat launch (Summit Lake Boat Launch) located 0.5 miles from the home.

Life jackets are provided and MUST be worn when going out on the lake in the canoe, kayaks or paddle boards. Failure to wear a life jacket could result in a ticket and/or fine, which you will be responsible for paying.

Upon booking, you will received information covering the lake rules. The lake rules are set by the county; failure to follow these rules could result in citations and/or fines -- you will be responsible for paying any fines incurred during your stay.
