We loved our time at this property! Itâs ALL the thingsâroomy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, great AC, quiet. And the very best part? The POOL and the beautiful, tropical landscaping out back! We met the owners and Molly the Dog. Lovely people and a very sweet pup. We have family that have moved to the area, so we will definitely be back.
Beautiful place to stay at but definitely not family friendly . Cannot move anything without the owner complaining . Moved her shells out of reach of my children and she made a comment in regards to it then later apologized. Owner was not able to locate coasters that had been moved and reached out through my personal contact info days later after checkout to inform me her cleaning lady wasnât in charge of finding them so she was filing a stolen report . Felt like I was staying at a strangers home that didnât allow kids .And definitely was not being treated like a welcomed guest . Also owner told me I should have advised her on my son having autism before booking .
I am a native Californian. Born near the beach town of Oceanside and spent my childhood growing up in Carlsbad. I enjoy travel and exploring new towns and places. I enjoy being a host because I am a people person. I want to give you the best experience while you are visiting and will go the distance to make that happen.
My husband and I looked at many properties in south Texas. Rockport won our hearts instantly for it has a very comfortable laid back feeling here. We embrace the fact that it is in the first and oldest neighborhood on what they call the Liveoak Peninsula.
We feel we stand out because of our approximity to downtown and being a 5 minute drive to the beach. There are not too many properties that can accommodate 8 guests in the big casa and 3 more in the little casita add a large patio deck, pool, large side yard for your dogs to run, stairs to the margarita deck to enjoy your favorite cocktail and a jacuzzi for nights when you want to look above the stars. The neighborhood is safe and the community of Rockport/Fulton will engage you in the many events and activities that is offered throughout the year.
