GUEST ACCESS:
The entire condo is for your use and enjoyment. We do have one closet in the hallway that we keep locked. Guests will not have access to this closet.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The resort requires each vehicle to have a PARKING PASS. One pass is included in the reservation. Additional parking passes must be purchased from the owner for $35 per vehicle. You will be billed for extra parking passes through Vrbo.
- Please be aware that there 11 steps leading up to the first floor.
- NO PETS allowed (service animals are welcome with completion of paperwork).
- This villa is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING unit, this includes the balcony.
- The cleaning fee includes a follow-up visit before check-in by our inspector who ensures that everything meets our high standards.
- We will always notify you if the condo is ready early.
- Primary guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying at the condo for the duration of the trip.
