The condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked which made for a smooth week-long stay. The balcony is small and perfectly functional for us. We appreciated being able to turn off the HVAC, open the sliding door and listen to the waves on the beach. Everything on the island itself was easy to access from the resort. The beach access is insanely close to the front door. Communication about parking passes was simple and the check-in process with resort staff was smooth.

This oceanfront property was exceptionally beautiful and well appointed. The attention to details was incredible - the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. A beautiful view and just literally just steps away from the beach. Great communication from the owners as well.

Our family had a great stay at Bozy’s seaside. Check in was super easy and parking pass issued. The condo was clean and well furnished. The host provided nice, thick beach towels which was nice to not have to bring from home. Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were in the unit as well. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and other essentials to make meals during our stay. The unit is located in the first floor which is so convenient and you still have an oceanfront view.. You aren’t having to lug your stuff around or waiting in an elevator. You are literally just a few steps from the beach. The resort had two pools, our girls preferred the smaller less crowded one that was right next to our building. The pickleball courts were nice and easy to rent. We also rented bikes from the onsite bike stand rental which was so easy and one of our favorite things we did. You won’t regret booking this property.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and cozy. Loved that everything we needed for the beach was provided and all the utensils and cookware was also stocked just like at home. We will be back next year.

Overall, it was a nice condo and the communication between us and the owners was great!! However, it is advertised as 2 bedrooms, but it really isnt. What they consider the second bedroom is 2 small, narrow bunk beds built into the wall in the hallway as when you open the front door. They are barely big enough for a full sized adult. For that reason I feel the condo was too small for the price they charged. If you have 2 adults and 2 small children, the place is good.With that said, however, the condo was very clean and very well kept. It had all the kitchen items you needed to cook a regular meal including cookie sheets, along with several small appliances. The furniture was all in great shape and well placed in the condo. Even though you cannot see the beach from the balcony because of the tall sand dunes, it was beautiful sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash while we ate dinner. We didn't use them, but the owner does provide beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. Even though it is considered the "First Floor", there are 10 steps to climb to get up to the condo. It was difficult carrying all the heavy suitcases and coolers up 10 steps. I don't recall anyone saying anything about steps, but I could be wrong. It was not until the last day that we realized there was a ramp at the other end of the building that you could pull your wagon full of stuff up, and come in from the back of the property instead of dragging stuff up 10 stairs.

We were completely unaware that Vrbo was displaying our listing as a two bedroom condo. It is indeed a one bedroom condo with built-in hallway bunk beds. Thanks to your heads-up, we have corrected this on the Vrbo platform. Accuracy in our listing is extremely important to us. We do mention the entry stairs in our "Other Things to Note" section and include a photo of the stairs leading to the first floor. We will let future guests know there is a ramp option at the back end of the building. Thank you again for being wonderful guests and helping us improve. We would love to welcome you back anytime!

Small, cramped unit, but worked well enough for two of us. My son slept on the pull out couch which was not comfortable. Located right on the beach but first floor unit lost most of the views to the sand dunes so just a small portion was water view. Older, bit run down property but the unit itself was updated and clean. The pool was a joke, very very small.

Thank you for your feedback, Eric. We’re glad the condo worked well for you and that you found it clean and updated. We're sorry to hear the pull-out couch wasn't as comfortable as hoped. The couch has a new memory foam mattress, but we understand how it may not work for everyone. We will certainly keep that in mind. While first-floor units do have limited ocean views due to the dunes, many guests appreciate the easy beach access. Also, in addition to the smaller pool near the unit, the resort features the largest pool on the island just a short walk away. We truly appreciate you staying with us.
