Nestled in the heart of downtown Orlando's hottest most coveted neighborhoods: Ivanhoe Village, you'll be within a 5-min walk to tons of restaurants, bars, wineries, breweries, and vintage and boutique shops. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Orlando formerly known as Ivanhoe Row, Ivanhoe Village has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Central Florida with walkability to the a full range of activities even including Sunrail and Advent Health.
The space
The Pink Love Chalet is Orlando's most lovable frilly and floral chic with views of lake Formosa from the front steps. All dressed in pink on the outside this sweet chalet boasts a unique and charming wildly unabashed ode to romanticism perfect for a girls weekend or even a family vacation.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with 43" smart TV. In the second bedroom there are twin bunk beds with a small smart TV.
There are two living spaces one ready for selfies with a floral wall complete with beautiful views of Lake Formosa!
The cozy room towards the back of the home offers a huge 70 inch Smart TV with a cream leather sectional perfect for a family movie or catching up on your favorite girlie episode.
Sip champagne and enjoy macaroons in the picturesque kitchen with magical views of one of the two secret gardens.
Relax outside in the secret garden within the private fully fenced outdoor space or choose a game with the family from a variety of board games stored inside the bookcase where you can also find a sweet novel or travel guide.
The driveway fits two midsize vehicles with additional parking on the street nearby.
