We’ll follow up with our landscaper to ensure everything remains consistently tidy and guest-ready. Patio Furniture: The listing photos accurately reflect that there is no patio furniture currently provided in the backyard. We understand that may have limited your use of the space and appreciate the feedback. Coffee Maker & Kitchen Supplies: We apologize for the coffee maker not being present at arrival. Once notified, we delivered a new one the very next morning. The pots and pans, along with other items flagged by our housekeeper, were replaced and upgraded immediately after your checkout on Monday Cleaning Supplies: Cleaning supplies were indeed provided and were located in the kitchen cabinets, as noted in the Welcome Book. We always aim to ensure guests have what they need and will look into making this detail even more clear moving forward. Furnishings & Décor: The furniture in the home is clean, well-maintained, and updated, though we understand that style preferences can vary. While the space may not have aligned with your ideal design aesthetic, it is thoughtfully furnished and fully functional for short- and mid-term guests. As hosts, we aim to provide a reliable, comfortable, and pet-friendly space. All of the concerns you raised have been addressed, and we’ll continue working to improve the experience for future guests.
