Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Let's keep noise to a minimum during these times.


PLEASE, NO PARTIES, PETS, NO PACKAGES, OR SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. There's a $350 fee for any violation.


- CHECK-IN:
YOUR CHECK IN IS SELF-CHECK IN, NO IN PERSON CONTACT.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
NO fees for late check in you can arrive any time, BUT please make sure before you Arrive - YOU FOUND your CHECK IN INFO and aware what and how to do YOUR SELF CHECK IN
Early check-in fees are as follows:
CHECK IN by 2 pm - 80$
( please inform as in advance if you desire to have one, because we must reschedule cleaning etc to make everything ready by check in time)


- CHECK-OUT:
Check out is 11:00 AM.
Late check-in fees are as follows:
Check out by 1pm - 80$
Late check-outs without prior approval incur a $150 fee.


- Lost Keys:
If you accidentally lock yourself out, it's a $150 fee.
If keys are LOST or BROKEN there's a $350 replacement fee.
