Hi Lucinda, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and hot tubs. We’re very sorry to hear about the blankets, as that’s not the experience we want for our guests. Please know that we have cleaning and inspection scheduled prior to each arrival to ensure everything is fresh and ready. We’ll be sure to address this with our team to prevent it from happening again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again for an even better stay.

Hello Michelle, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the condo cozy, enjoyed the amazing view, and had an overall enjoyable stay. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and we will be addressing your concerns with our housekeeping team, including the floors, bedding, and blanket. We also appreciate you bringing the cord near the elevator to our attention, and we will notify the building management so they can inspect and address the potential safety hazard. Thank you for sharing your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

Hi Dudley, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll have our team take a look at the door to address the issue, and we’ll also review the furniture to see how we can improve comfort for our guests. Your input helps us continue to enhance the experience, and we truly appreciate it.

Hi Kimberly, thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view from the Seawall and found the accommodations to your liking. We're especially happy to hear you and your furry friend enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere and the dog park. We'd love to host you again soon!

Hi Marie Ann, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator issue, which is managed by the building and unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding the early check-in and pet fees, these charges are clearly stated in our house rules prior to booking. We kindly ask all guests to review the listing details and house rules carefully before confirming a reservation to avoid any surprises. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for staying with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay, especially with the elevator being out of service and the inconvenience with parking. We understand how important comfort and ease are, particularly given your circumstances, and we apologize that this impacted your experience. Your comments about the office interaction have also been noted, we’ll be sure to share this with them to help improve guest service moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you both the very best.

Hi George, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cold AC, strong hot shower, well-functioning refrigerator and ice machine, as well as the pool, hot tub, and convenient beach access. We truly appreciate your honesty regarding the areas that needed attention—such as the limited silverware, broken drawer, seating capacity, ventilation system, and the towel issue. Please know that we take your comments seriously, and these concerns have already been addressed to improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Hi Vicki, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and that you enjoyed the pool area. We understand your concerns about the ongoing work around the complex — those updates are part of broader improvements managed by the property association, and we appreciate your patience as they continue to make enhancements. Regarding parking fees, those are set by the complex management and can vary over time, but we’ll be sure to pass along your comments. We truly appreciate you staying with us again and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Hello Alan, thank you for your review! We hope you had the best time during your stay. All the best!
